If you sell your cryptos while its value is low it automatically means you accept your crypto losses. When you buy cryptos when its value pump again then its price is much higher compared to the value when you sell it which mean another lost in your part. Instead of being carried away by your emotion, try to have more patience. As what the saying said "Patience is a virtue". Have patience and wait until the value pump up again and when that time happen, you can freely sell your crypto possession equals: you gain back what you have lost during red days and start to earn cryptos when it continue to pump up.

In my opinion, there is no need to Hold a coin with zero future in the highly competitive crypto world. not all coin we see today will survive in the long run.
