I personally prefer holding then to sell in loss, because you never know that when u sell it off, maybe next day it pumps hard and you miss a good profit, so its better to hold then to sell it in loss in my opinion...
if there's still money to cover your daily needs, it's better to bear it to sell tokens .. because token price movements are very fast. if we are lucky, the token value will be very high .
looking at the market, I don't even know how to answer your question . But still probably hold the right choice
I try to keep most of the coins that I bought and believe that there will be growth and it will pay off for me. But you must be ready for the fact that you will lose all your investments
yeah I agree with your opinion to hold your coins. you better be patient and hold your coin. I'm sure not long then your coin will pump up and you will get big profits. not just your coin whose value goes down, but all coins have decreased the same some time ago, then i advise you to hold your coin.
In order to develop a strong hands better stay out of crypto news and clearly especially in exchanges conventional and that is the thing that make you a whole deal holder anyway if you can't enhance to trade instantly when there is pump and buy when there is dump just like the basic buy low and offer high, higher peril yet could guarantee you an advantage.

Holding is more preferable for me because I can rely on it. Trading is not mine so I choose holding. Long term holding makes me confident on the market.
Should we hold on to altcoins which we have invested and see the price dropping every moment or it will be better to sell them and buy it again when the value pumps ? I have already lost a good margin of profit with the ripple I don't want to make the same mistake with the Lumens which I Hold so should I hold on or sell out ?
At the moment, I think it is wise to hold a bit longer. Altcoins and Bitcoins value can really be unpredictable and unstable, but if you just sell at the right time, your investment will be just fine.
I think best thing for you to do now is just for you to hodl your coin because the market is going down so this not the best time for you to sell you coins just have patients first.

I think it will be a better choice to continue to hold, because I believe the market will pick up again. And now is not a good time to sell tokens. If you sell your tokens now, then you must be losing money, so wait patiently for better.
The market is moving sideways at the moment but is very low compared to the average of this year. I think keeping it is not a bad option if the market rebounds in the next one or two months. If you sell it maybe it can help you lose a little bit if it does not go up anymore but it is a lot of holes if it develops after the storm.

True indeed if we sell now I think it's a wrong decision seems,because judging from the price of crypto being down makes it unprofitable to sell now,

Well, it depends on what project you invested. Watching the falling price of the tokens that we own is very frustrating.
If you see your project team has no update, you may sell the token to cut your loss and start to look for another good token.
I just keep investing. I do not even think of selling anything for 2 years. I think that the price through this period can grow 10 times. 
I think the current market conditions are not suitable for sale because the currency price is very low now. You should continue to wait and maintain patience. I believe the market will pick up again. When the next bull market arrives, I believe you can get more profit from it.
