A lot of coins experience price resistance at round numbers - there are probably a lot of people who are prepared to sell at 1k, so if the aim is to sell around there then it might be prudent to sell slightly below. The price could easily bounce back down once it gets to the high $900s.
Of course this might not happen as the markets are always unpredictable, but it is something to be aware of.

I do not know what is the source of your predictions but it doesn't look likely that ETH would cross 1500 (which is almost 2.5x the current price). The market has again turned RED today for no good reason. Bitcoin is down to 7800, ETH has almost dropped down to 600$ and almost every coin is coming down crashing.Note: I just share my own idea. Although I am positive in regards to ETH, but having patience during such dumps becomes crucial and one feels like selling out of panic. I can only suggest you to refrain from that as of now and just get rid off your investments in ETH the moment market uptrends. It is wiser to invest in alts instead of famous coins if you are looking for good profits.
Yes, I will definitely continue to hold onto ETH. I have 1.5 ETH in my MEW. I will try to wait until the end of the year and hope ETH value will reach $ 2k5 this year as many experts have predicted. In a way, I feel the predictions bring excitement, hope and optimism about the spirit.

It is a good decision, because ethereum future always bright . In last of the year I hope ethereum value will cross 2000$
That is what I thought also because of what ethereum are showing now which is a good sign to keep holding your ethereum because I believe it will happen. Good month for those eth holders.Also, the eth system are making the community feel how useful it was in our community which I think attracts many investors that made the price keep rising.

No i am not holding it untill it reach $1k but i will holding my ethereum untill it is crossing $5k because i believe sometimes in this uear or next year ethereum can easily cross $5k and bitcoin also can cross $50k.especially we will get PoS pahase soon in this year.

Precisely., and you got the point, Ethereum is long term and in fact its been performing over years, and almost all of the new tokens released this time is Ethereum based platform., so we would expect sooner or later that ETH would go far in its price value. Its no doubt that ethereum will create a good and stunning name in cryptocurrency space.
Anyway, you are right, investors should take precautions before investing, they should make a decent study before they would think to invest, as such ETH and the likes are volatile in its nature, and there is a chance that they will lose their investments during market crash, so better to HOLD it for a longer period of time.

I think so, the price of ethereum will rise as bitcoin increases. Usually bitcoin prices rise in Q3 until the end of the year. I am optimistic that the price of ethereum will rise again.
