Best way to profit is to enter to market when bullish season is coming, before bullish buy cheap altcoins when it comes at the top of price sell coins and go for holiday
Holding some altcoins it is indeed. There are coins that are good for long term and coins that you must get rid of them by the end of the weekend. I think that top 5 at coinmarket is good for a long term, everyone else is not
you understand the coin is not? if you do not know the progress in the coin in its usefulness may be until whenever the coin will not grow big and vice versa if you know you do not have to bother to check your investment at any time even you can see it once a year only. 
If you look at the top 10 coins 2 years ago, now there are only 3 coins left, Here's the answer, you need to keep also wisely ! Keep track of those coins that you keep, if there are no updates the project is not developing, then the sense to keep them?!

Holding will always depend on the coins you have. You should read the project and roadmap if the coins will really run for years. Researching would help a lot, better to know the team behind the coins as well. This will definitely bring you fortune in the long run. At least be wise. Sell if you think it is the right time to sell. I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years)

If the more losses, the better you hold. Because there are no other options in this problem. So, inevitably you have to hold it until the price slightly increases.

I think that is the right word, maybe your holding a coin that is worthles, before holding for long you have to check first if is worth to hold for long term. But sometimes you don't even really know when is the right time to sell it your coin
if the coin is promising then its long-term retention may well bring multiple profits
And why did you decide that the cryptocurrency you bought should grow. The price can change in any direction, up or down.
Remember 2010-2011, if you bought bitcoin at this time and waited 7 years, you would become a millionaire, so it's silly to assume that hold is bad!Wait and get a big profit!
Well if you are holding token or coins make sure you do research on them so you will know how long are you going yo hodl it but if you jusy buy because it is good for long term and you will be wrong so make sure do your research to avoid it
Before holding any coin make sure their team developer is really work and active to make the community bigger, the project should has working product and unique. I don't know about all that coins because not trade able in big exchange, the team developer should work in solid to list their coin in bigger exchange like Binance or Bittrex.

Don't blame the holding techniques that everyone used to make some more big profit of doing so since you are holding wrong coins to hold for that long period of time, after a year of holding you should decide if that coins is better holding more months or good to let go since price is not moving at all and try to change it with top coins in markets its a simple task all depend on your timing and your analysis.
Holding is not bullshit at all, the coins you hold should be carefully considered before you decide to hold. if you hold coins with less value then they may not gain much overtime.holding coins with high growth potential will give you good returns, so just chose wisely and hold, the result will come
Holding is not bullshit perse, it all comes to what you are holding, hold quality coin for a period of time and you will be amazed at the value you get in return, you don't expect to hold poor quality coins and earn good returns, they will not gain value, only coins with good projects are worth holding as they get to grow over a period of time
Holding is bullshit if what you hold is shitcoin. If what you hold is a coin that has the potential to continue to increase, i think holding is the best. But, if all you hold is shitcoin, holding is just useless. You are wasting your time withholding coins that are of no value. So, i think it all depends on the coins you have.

Your coin picks are sad. I personally hate the hodl concept being an active trader. But hodling good coins/tokens is not quite bad as most good alts have returned great profits to those who hodl and still hodling them especially when bought at infant stage and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?
If you are unlucky, because of the choice of the wrong coins, it does not mean that the way of earning is bad, try to invest in promising coins, conduct an analysis.
