My suggestion is that you should hold better coins than that. Just holding any coin more than 2-3 years doesn't make sense and also doesn't give you any profit. to my own point of view,,holding is not bullshit,,though things seems to be hard for now,,,and this dont suppose to new to people that are in this bussiness,,if we can hold what we have now till june or july their is a huge reward after,,moreso does that can not hold now we end up in lossing profit,,i will suggest that we should for little time,,for this poor market to pass
If you are holding a promising coins then they have chances to rises up and if you entering a good position then you don't need to wait for a long time to get profit.

You should sell in case if you urgently need money. If you don't need money at the moment then you should leave tokens and forget about it.
