Hodling doesn't means picking any shitcoin and investing your money in it and just waiting. When someone says hodl they mean it for a coin which has great fundamentals, a sound dev team working for it and the project has real world use case.
I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) 
and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

there is nothing in vain in hold coin depends on good whitepaper project and its developers make sure to see it and do not forget the clear roadmap because three it is very important
As in any reasonable activity, quality execution is important. If you chose bad coins, then to get profits from them will get very difficult. On bad coins it is easier to profit by trading them, but it is almost impossible to get it from holding.

Holding itself is not bullshit. What's bullshit is the coins and how you handled them. Let's see you invested on crap coins, but it would not take you that long if you observed earlier that they are not making any changes to please you. You would see that in less than a year or two, but 3 to 5 years? Continue to explore new coins, there are still a lot of good coins out there. try to check the whitepaper team and the roadmap is clear or not if it is unclear and no updates from your developers will be useless save a lot of junk coins and forever your coin will be a display as long as you live

Well, its bullshit if your coins are worthless. Im gonna sell my coins if its price is what i wanted to be.
If you have a shit coin, holding it is the best way. Instead of selling it, you should hold it. Because it's "SHIT" coin, so it will pump in a "BULLSHIT" way. So you can trust it. About the potential coin, you should sell when high price. If you choose holding, it's very long time to get profit.

If you decided to hold some coins for investment, at least you should do a little study about the coins, and analyze their expected growth and values.

he length of time that you hodl a coin may have some effect on its profit but It actually depends on the coin you are holding. No matter how long you hodl a certain coin, if that coin has no potential to grow or its technology isn’t imoroving or of no use at all, you will definitely have no profit.

No , that's not right . Holding Good altcoins which are having a good future in the market will give you the result. Holding and waiting for the right time to trade coins is not that easy , one has to be patient and smart enough to know whether to sell or hodl.
