I don't use Monero. I have only used some years ago Dash, and I have a good impression for the good balance between anonymous transaction and fast confirmation with DashCoin.

both coins are less convincing. but if in order to choose, I would choose XMR because the price is higher  Grin

You sure? xmr is 0.011, dash is 0.02, do you refer to the market caps? Xmr's is larger than dash's.

I believe Monero is better than Dash, Dash to me seems to be more of branding than code behind its success.

did you say branding to success? their "dash" brand is a stolen name LOL!

this is the true, the original, the undisputed DASH / DASHCOIN / DSH in the whole world wide crypto sphere

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/dsh-dashcoin-cryptonote-update-new-sourcewalletsgui-1010-1020627

Not too mention that Dash was already a brand of detergent, which is kind of ironic since Xdarkdashcoin apparently adopted the new moniker in attempt to scrub itself clean of its sordid past.

+1 And Monero has much bigger community compared to Dash which reflect on the voting poll results.

I have a question and I wish none of you will hate me for asking this because of the history of John Connor with Monero. But I am curious and I hope I get an answer even from the developers of Monero.

Can anyone explain what vcash's chain blender is in layman's terms? How is it different from ring signatures and what are the pros and cons of this compared to ring signatures. I was looking for information about it but I could not find anything.

Oh you shouldn't mention VCASH here.
The Monero gang wants it dead as they want to kill everything else, except their broken by design manipulated shitcoin.
You could talk to John Connor directly on their Slack, he's a very friendly guy.

The ZCash will be release later October. It is based on the bitcoin but with anonymity features. Will Monero also want to kill it?

The release date was decided to be 28 October. There will be no instamine as the initial issue is very low.

As i know 16% coins are already out sold. Some sort of closed crowdfunding. Not really perfect way. Not sure why you mention instamine. That is all Zcash need on top of that closed crowdfunding, lol.

None coin should be worried of Monero supporters unless they did something really wrong.  The most disapproving post on this forum about VCash i saw from  gmaxwell. He is definitely not an Monero Gang. More like an Bitcoin gang.

Any coins that do things opposite from norms will be questioned on this forum from anyone.

There is no crow funding for the ZCash. The developer will get 20% of the mining rewards for the first 4 years.

I first apology to spam this thread with Zcash, but it seems i misunderstood then what was given for 3 millions UDS that ZCoin project gained in closed crowdfunding. I thought 16% of all coins. But you say, they gave for those 3 millions UDS the 16% of this (20% of the mining rewards for the first 4 years)?

Do you prefer chocolate or vanilla?  Who cares, there are many coins that can obscure your transaction data on the ledger.  It's 2016, and we are still talking about this??

"YAWN!!!"

Dude, are you kidding me? It's like you kids read one whitepaper, skip over the math, and think "I just swallowed the red pill--I'm NEO, mom!" I want you go to amazon and pick up a book on cryptographic engineering and get an inkling into how many things can go wrong when it comes to security: are the routers secure (banks still get this one wrong), who are my adversaries, what firepower do they have, where are the inherent weaknesses, can those weaknesses be kept under supervision, do trade-offs  for increased speed reduce security to make it impractical for a security system, do security trade-offs make the system too slow for most use-cases, does the network's configuration meet standard security measures, and on and on, and this doesn't even account for the crazy math. I'm 5.5 or 6 in the knowledge department for this stuff--just imagine how an 8-9 will make your yawn the O-gape of masturbatory teen who thinks his hand is Jennifer Garner's backside--dream-on.
