ich mag die Idee und das Projekt und wollte auch zuerst investieren.
Allerdings ist das dann auch wirklich eine Investition.
9M€ allocated (hard cap) for the Public Pre-Launch. A total of 1.41 billion Ocean will be emitted, with 45% of the tokens generated as part of the block reward. 25% for acquirers, 20% for the founding teams and 10% for community and ecosystem development. Tokens will not be tradable until Network Launch in Q1 2019 and will be released at a rate of (1/6) of contribution each month.

Hmmm. Ich würde eh halten wollen. Kam leider noch nicht dazu das Projekt genauer zu prüfen. Die Community hat aber auf jeden Fall schon mal Momentum.
