Wins and losses are common in gambling. Losing a bet creates a lot of human stress for many gamblers because there are many gamblers who bet such money that they cannot afford to lose.
Gambling with funds that one cannot afford to lose is a mistake every gambler should avoid by all means. When you calculate your potential loss from the beginning, you will be able to know if you can afford to lose it or not and if you can't, then by all means stop and protect yourself from depression. Gambling is programmed in a way that the chances of losing is higher than that of winning so we should be mindful of the level of risk we can take. Some other gamblers after losing betting money they become depressed. Most of the time I have gambled alone and some times gambled with friends. There are some positive and negative aspects of gambling in these two situations. I feel a bit relaxed there when I participate in the same bet with my friends. Because even if I lose there, I get consolation seing from others. At the same time there are some differences of opinion before betting which sometimes creates confusion.

Gambling with friends can be fun and can make losses bearable because the consolation would be that the loss is not to only yield but general. Apart from the aspect of losses, playing with friends is another way of socialising and bonding. Although, it could also cause major distraction which could lead to mistakes and eventually losses.
