Unfortunately these sort of frauds are taking place all day, every day and in many different ways. You constantly have to be on your guard when it comes to looking after your finances. In this scenario, it seems like the person will have to rely on the courts to decide the outcome, if the company is not taking the theft by their employees seriously. It sounds like the owner of the casino is living up their life abroad, instead of making sure their staff are properly monitored and security is tight in their casino, hopefully the owner understands the bad reputation that comes from these sort of complaints is not worth it. If it is truly serious and ignored, you'd hope that the casino loses it's license to operate and is forced to pay additional fines on top of the original payout.

This is a very sad story, but there are many things in this article that were not said or forgot to mention, for example the article does not say whether the guy managed to receive the money he won after the case went to court, because the robbery it was done by the casino employees and has nothing to do with the guy who won, the problem is between the employees and the casino owner, so the casino owner is obliged to pay the money to the winner, the guy who won when he arrives In court he goes as a witness, but whoever should accuse the employees of the theft must be the owner of the casino or betting house. As this article doesn't detail much, I don't understand how the owner of the casino or betting house reacted and is dealing with all of this.

serious does agent really did something bad and good that the matter is already in court, when he discovered he won why the delay nothing anyone will tell ,me i will collect my money that day, and if the vetting platform are aware of this they are suppose to query them and make sure that the money is produced and then they should be sacked since they are scammers they don't deserve a job at all.

So this guy won $11,800 through a betting agent linked to the platform but had trouble getting his cash at the betting site HQ and the workers there supposedly tried to scam him? The problem on this kind of issue is there’s no proof that the man indeed gave money to place bet to an agent because he let the agent bet for himself without any contract that will make their deal legally acknowledged.

This is why the court doesn’t side with him despite he is telling the truth because there’s no evidence that he really provided money for the winning bets. This is all my assumption that he let the agent bet for himself since I don’t know how physical betting shop works and there’s no way he will lose a court battle if he has the betting slip of his bet provided by the agent.

 However cases like this have happened over time and the bet companies now have a different pattern of payment once the money won is big, what the bet company currently do now is that, once you win big amount on a bet, they use what they call super agent to monitor the payment process, this super agent are people with bigger betting shops within the city, that cannot run away given the amount of investment they have on ground, so hence the money that is won is released to the small agent, the bet company will call on the super agent to monitor and facilitate the payment process to the winner, so there will be no room for small agents to run with somebody money.
However I still feel the best way for you to gamble is for you to have your private account so that whenever you win the money goes into your account and you can easily transfer it to a bank account or any of the account without any agent.

This story is pathetic and it is not the first time that either the gambling company or their agents are trying to play smart. I've heard stories that they will print a fake ticket for a customer and they will hold the original ticket and even worse. Maybe the same scheme is playing out here again, time will tell. How can a gambling shop owner who was supposed to pay winnings travel without proper arrangements for settlement? Well, the best thing to do has been done by the guy for taking them to court, and by doing that, they can't escape justice.
