Fastest way to earn is to buy an account from a trusted account seller in rhis forum. Preferable rank is Sr. Member then enter a signature campaign. The rule is don't spam for money and try to help the discussion in a thread. Selling goods.and offering your services in exchange with bitcoins is also one thing you can look to.

i would buy an account, those that bought an account when there were limited all over all campaign, now have a great deal with bit-x, they can roi in no time and take profit fast
there is the scammer problem, but if you deal with trusted user and signed address, you should be fine

This is the most best way really if done right. Just make sure to have content in your posts. Don't do one liners or +1 stuff with a sig that will get you a temp ban.
If done right you will get a little BTC for doing your normal posting so works good for everyone, if done properly. Also if you get to full member is the biggest jump. If you do newbie/low campaigns not a lot of BTC in it. But once you hit full member it will shoot up.

There's plenty of ways and earning opportunities in this wonderful forum like forum giveaways on games & rounds section, offering services on services sections, selling physical & online stuffs on goods & digital goods section respectively, and participating on signature campaigns. That's what I know so far, feel free to choose any of them but it does need skills, time , effort and reputation to earn with some of it.

Get some free giveaways and join any campaign that being running.. But mostly this need some rank requirement that i saw it before

This is not always true. There are signature campaigns which accepts from an given rank which can be higher or medium rank. For example Full Members and up and not below this rank. Mine signature for example is one of those. Accept only people from Full Member and up. And normally this kind of campaigns are the best signature campaigns. Their rates are always between the best ones. But are even signature campaigns which accept all the ranks or only or even the low ranks. But don't offer good rates compared to the firsts.
So, as a conclusion, to earn better needed definitely to increase its rank. This must be its main aim. And to make qualitative posts. Because the best signature campaigns don't accept people with posts which have low quality.

I just learned about Joystream... I downloaded it, but not quite sure how I can download stuff to joystream to start seeding my downloads?
I NEVER thought this would make it to a level past beta. I have to admit I was wrong. I thought to many illegal torrents in the world to make it where they don't get sued.
That is a good question though what torrent is anyone seeding and actually making money? I just don't see torrent down loaders paying for this I guess.
I mean, in theory it seems like it should work out beautifully because people have the incentive to keep seeding torrents that are in high demand.. but at the same time, it will take a lot of marketing from them to get the word out about it. I mean I just learned about it yesterday, and on there website they don't even have like a "how it works" or a "FAQ" section that would answer a lot of peoples questions.

You can join a signature campaign once you get a high enough rank, you can provide services for other bitcointalk members, or you can try to sell something here.
