the government has an important role in this case and should solve this problem because the beggars is very poor and usually they don't have PC or mobille device to do bitcoin transactions however they still can access bitcoin but only if their government concern more to their life and give them the facilities such as free mobille phone or PC so they still can own bitcoin

they can get bitcoin in paper form like what you get when using Bitcoin ATM.

pieces of paper with public and private address after that they can import the private key to any wallet "just show the private key to any scanner" and get the money.

Important point

you must have some knowledge and internet access to use bitcoin.

Well maybe can access bitcoin through the information from friends by the help of others too. We are not oblige but we are accepted to join to become a bitcoiner. Bitcoin is open to each and everyone. All are prospect in answering those possible questions that may apply to the real world and related to all topics to our economics. So in that time beggars are rrally allowed and they can access if they knew.

The mendicant may not even know what bitcoin is!
If they knew about bitcoin, they wouldn't have a digital wallet, maybe they had a cell phone, maybe not a smartphone!
So it's hard for them to trade in bitcoin!

If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?
First of all it is impossible for now to convert all the paper money into bitcoin because people knows that what they should do and what not , if everyone will enter in bitcoin fully by investments then surely the value of Fiat will get down .
But still if we can consider that if happened the same that what you said , then I don't think that there will be any difficulty regarding this thing , because we can have bitcoin's private and public key printed on a paper . But for that user needed mind and also have potential to protect them because to have private key in public then it is dangourous to steal all of your money , because if one can access your privte key then he can access your all balance .

Well there are 2 types of beggars in this world an offline beggar which we mainly see in the streets lurking and an online beggar mostly seen at casino chats begging to be tipped. Offline beggars cant really access bitcoin because they dont have any device for this and doesnt know how to use one. Online beggars on casino chat are just worst beggar ever, they can work in exchange for bitcoin but all they can do it beg in front of a computer.

Bitcoin can be accessed with the use of a mobile device and internet connection. And in that case, i dont think any reason on how beggars can be able to access it.
Also, i dont think that bitcoin can replace paper money since its already existing for many years. And change of money from paper money to bitcoin will change everything. And i think it is not possible because banks dont recognize bitcoin as currency. It will only happen if the government would allow it which is impossible as what i've said earlier.

Currently, this will be the advantage using bitcoin as a form of payment for ordinary people. An indigenous people which dont have a knowledge to the process will be left out in the process. Access with internet will never be free to such extent that a beggar can afford it.

Beggars are not necessarily illeterates or people without formal education that cannot comprehend basic information and the moment that is settled, there is no issue at all. Beggars ask for donation and if you are willing to give instead of them giving you either their bank account or their bowl, they give you the wallet address and that also mean the same thing depending on how comfortable the person giving is.

But the thing is, not all beggars will have access to the internet or to a device that would allow them to access crypto or the internet. Of course a beggar would foremost prioritize food or shelter before even thinking about gaining access to the internet in order for them to have bitcoin. They would rather have something to eat than a mobile device or even BTC. However, if btc were the only available currency and means to survive, then it may change. Society would be a whole lot different by then.

Sell your Bitcoins if you want, and then give the beggars to eat and dress, so it's a way to help them. Or you would rather build a small foundation that is purely beggars and teach them how to make Bitcoins. I think it's enough, they'll be if they want or do not want to.

With the current situation of bitcoin in our community, accessing of bitcoin by beggars will be costly since government must provide each person not only the beggars with cellular phones which they will use in using bitcoin. Also, a free internet connection should be widely implemented for the good of all.

how can the beggars access Bitcoin?

Opening a bitcointalk account.
That's what almost a million of them did.

Now, I really don't know why I'm giving a serious answer to this topic, but here you go

Problem solved 5 years ago.

For the app "Virtual Beggar", a beggar must first have an android phone or a smart phone to receive virtual money. I dont think a beggar would have a smart phone with him/her and if so, i don't think he is considered as a beggar if he/she has an android phone. So to sum it up, i think the "Virtual Beggar" app is not really helpful at all for the beggars.

Cheapest phone with android is below 80$.
That's 8 hours of work in most western countries.

So bottom line, even a beggar could afford a smartphone.

I am the virtual beggar incarnated, if you don't give this a serious answer, don DarkStar_leone would kick you out and you couldn't buy 3 iphone X every month with your begging revenue, first lol.
Begging is not a profitable job, ask me about it a.k.a digaran the lowlife cyber beggar with no dignity, those with some dignity left in them are launching ICOs every month, refer to signature campaigns, bounties, advertising new projects every month (mostly it is every week) confronting them about their scam projects will result in the same answer given by them a.k.a a man has got to eat right? food or drink, pussy or big tits.
Begging is not profitable in crypto, because we all are beggars here or trying to scam other beggars. last lol.

Because of the existing blockchain technology in cryptocurrency, we need socialization or special learning to recognize cryptocurrency, but I think it's impossible to change the paper money into bitcoin.

It is a weird question. Beggars cannot access bitcoin and if no internet is available we are all like beggars, we cannot access bitcoin or any crypto currency. There should be alternate for this thing in future, may be we can access our crypto by retina identification or something advanced technology which would access our crypto though.

I think the technology will grow fast in the future and if we think that something cannot be happen, maybe in the future, it will happen because if we are see now, the technology become an important thing for our life. with technology, our life become simple and easy and I think the technology will allow us to access everything including access the crypto. I am sure that every people in the future will be easy to access their crypto because of the technology.

If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?

I think that would be a big problem the world will be facing if ever bitcoin replaces all the paper money. There are really lots of things to consider upon legalizing bitcoin as world's currency. Not everyon knows how to access nor have the knowledge about what bitcoin is. I think that people must know everything about bitcoin first.

Well I think why not if you are really knowledgeable about Bitcoin theres nothing could stop your determination just keep moving forward and  believe yourself. I think beggars can also be profitable here just have gadget and access to Bitcoin and tech literacy.
The thing is, if we are the beggars then can we be satisfied and would take risk to this kind of job? Or would we prefer having a regular job than this one, if I were the beggar I would request the person who wanted to help me to give me a kinda job that would make us feed everyday and that we can provide shelter for my family. So if we really want to try to help people start from giving them some boat that they can use to catch fish.
