If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?
This is one point where bitcoin get almost useless. Yes we have paper wallets but can they have access in bitcoin's price? How can they cash out their money? That is why I think, butcoin is not ready to replace cash money, it just turned out that bitcoin gave many benefits that  people wanted to have in money transactions. They just have to exust with each other so people can have choices.

It is hard to change paper money into digital currency since most of us are not aware of using it. Well, it can be accessed if there is a free tutorial on how to use it so that the beggars can also come up in cryptocurrency.

I think people keep forgetting that bitcoin can be transferred using just a QR code, so people can use normal plastic cards or paper wallets, and use their coins that way. They don't even need a phone, and they can just scan those codes, and use the devices available on stores in order to do just that. Bitcoin will suit everyone, no matter if you are rich or poor. It will actually be even more easy to use, since people don't really need to have a bank account in order to have bitcoin.

Before think of that, remember that bitcoin can not replaced paper money. Bitcoin is just a digital currency where we can create paper money as well as we convert it. I think your imagination was too far and when it happens simply beggar cant access bitcoin especially they doesnt have any gadget and internet but if they have they can.

yes that's the constraint, so bitcoin will not replace the paper money, one of the factors is the state of potential users there are not able and some who do not know how to use it, there are still many human resources that are not ready with payment method like this, still it will be a long time to get ready to use bitcoin

Well, the beggars can go to public libraries with internet access and start begging online to earn some pennies...  Cheesy

I don't believe all paper money will be changed to Crypto-Currency, people don't live in a virtual world, in a material world we need material stuf and paper money is part of it. Surely it can decrease a lot in amount, but not disappear completely. Step by step paper money loses its influence and the internet/informatic reaches in more and more places, it's a gradual transformation.

....

The current implementation of bitcoin would need to be expanded (similar to lightning network) to provide a paper money version which could be transferred without merchant gateways or electronic payment verification.

I think if bitcoin were paper money, neither the public key nor the private key would be printed on it. Instead there might be a checksum or a digital signature which could be quickly verified as legitimate using a scanner (of the swipe reader for debit and credit cards) or whatever means. Then later the piece of paper could be redeemed for the amount of btc printed on it and withdrawn to a specific bitcoin address.

For bitcoin to be utilized as paper money, it would need to be easy and convenient to print out pieces of paper (for specific sums) which could be used to redeem btc.

They need a smartphone at least to transact, send and recieve Bitcoin.

Yes a paper wallet can be used but you would still need a computer at some point to do transactions. Bitcoin ATMs are not very common and even if they were then you would need to give prepaid cards to the beggar.

At the end the beggar will convert the bitcoin to cash so why not just give cash?

Probably through Bitcoin ATM's, though I'm not sure how that would work since Bitcoin ATM's still convert Bitcoin to fiat if I'm not mistaken?

they can get bitcoin in paper form like what you get when using Bitcoin ATM.

pieces of paper with public and private address after that they can import the private key to any wallet "just show the private key to any scanner" and get the money.

Important point

you must have some knowledge and internet access to use bitcoin.
