Decentralization shall be the end of the Old World

I am sure some beggars in the world have bitcoin stashed in some paper wallet  Grin

But on a serious note,  this will require government intervention as they will have to provide knowledge to the beggars and make them have access to some online terminal for daily usage. Governments can establish stuff like faucets and service based payment for free giveaway and also source of income such will atleast provide daily sustenance to those people.

It will be very easy, convenient, if bitcoin or digital money can replace paper money, but there is always a negative thing. not just for the poor, but we know that there are still many people in this world who have not understood this technology, how they will use it, what about the people who are far from internet access, I can not imagine it happening in the future. it would be better if both remain, not eliminating one

There is no chance for the beggars to access bitcoin because they are 'beggars' and beggars are automatically listed on the list of the people who are under the poverty so they don't have the ability to afford an internet and a decent phone to use bitcoin and accept it as a mode of tip from the other people.

If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?

Fiat money is impossible to be replaced nor replace it with any digital currency. Yes, we can use some of cryptocurrencies to purchase or pay for a product or  service, but it simply cannot replace fiat currency.
Now, to answer your question if how can a beggar or even us can access Bitcoin in a form of paper? To use it as a payment I guess? Maybe we could print an amount of Bitcoin into a blank paper with a valid digital code that could be scanned for validation and it will automaticaly credited or debited to the account of a merchant and the owner.
But these Idea is far from becoming a reality.

Now everyone is using smart phone, almost all smart phone users are using internet connection. In future this percentage will increase and may reach to 100%. In such a case why would beggar remain behind? Human beings do anything for survival, in our country there are beggars accepting money by using swipe machines. I am sure if situation arises they will equip themselves with mobile wallets.

Much less access a computer or cellphone. It's true that there will be a technological gap for the very poor to access bitcoin. They will have to find some way. Big question is, who would give them bitcoin? It would be better for us to give them basic needs like food and water instead. If you give them bitcoin, they might use it for drugs or something worse.

Bitcoin now can be access by a gadget mostly mobile phones with internet. Beggars will be gone when we are already on a paperless society. When that time comes, beggars would be begging for food and not begging for money anymore.
They can access Bitcoin the same way we all access Bitcoin, which means they can’t access it, unless you get them same things you use to access Bitcoin (Gadgets) so they need gadgets, but why would someone living in the streets and begging for money to feed themselves ask for a gadget? Before talking about gadgets, you should first of all get them shelter.

Beggar means the poorest mankind living in town I dont believe that they could use virtual money. Its hard for them and using virtual money has so many process of transactions unlike fiat money its easy to give from the beggars and its so easy to use daily.
If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?

lol. i just cannot help but laugh so hard about this topic. i mean, damn! imagine the time when beggars are so high-tech that they all have virtual wallets and can just beg for any cryptos out there?  lol. i can already picture a lot of funny scenarios like when you give them pennies, they'll just say, please just send it to my ethereum/bitcoin/waves whatsoever address. hahahaha.
and if you think about it, a time will come that some beggars can become millionaires if they master and understand how the crypto world woks! hahahahahha

but hey, we all know that cryptos replacing cash isn't near possible yet, but if it does, then it would be so fun observing how beggars adapt and evolve from begging for money in their sign boards to putting addresses of various wallets instead hahahahahha.

Yeah that was funny. Beggars could not stand with their own feet because its their daily lifestyle they feed their tummy for begging and they are so lazy humans. Its hard for them to know about virtual money unless someone will encourage  Grin

This is the question that we should ask to the people who are thinking that bitcoin will easily solve the poverty that we have in this world because how bitcoin can solve the poverty if the beggars cannot even understand what is bitcoin and how they are going to accept bitcoin if they can't afford even a decent food. So where they are going to have some access to bitcoin to get some bitcoin tips.

Bitcoin is just a representation of value that already exists. People who had nothing before Bitcoin are going to have nothing after Bitcoin. It's not a magic solution that's going to make everyone equal or solve poverty, if anything it's going to increase disparity because the poor don't have access to it if crypto ever became a major means of value transfer.

I personally think that paper money will not be replaced by bitcoin but if its happened then a lot of the city infrastructure will be changed, beggar will easily get accessed to internet and there will be a cheap smartphone, I think they will beg using a card board written the bitcoin address

that is right, I am sure that the infrastructure will be changed to better so everyone can access the internet that connects to bitcoin and the other coins. I am sure that if the government allow crypto currency use by all the people, they will upgrade the infrastructure and they will make everything is easy to access so no one will get any problem to use cryptocurrency.

We are not going to get to that point anytime soon but in some rich countries even poor people have access to smartphones and the like so once that technology becomes common you could send bitcoin to his wallet and then he could use his phone to buy whatever he wants, this may seem futuristic and impossible for some but if bitcoin really becomes that dominant and makes cash disappear then that will be the only way to help them.
If we want to help, let us help our self first so that it is easy for us to help other people, but for me beggars don't need to have access in bitcoin for now, what are they going to do with that right? What we have to share is a food that they need to fit their hunger and a job so they can buy foods everyday.

If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?

Well that would be one of the problems if bitcoin will replace fiat. What would be the future of those who haven't had enough education about the internet? How are they going to access bitcoin? I think it will be too hard for them to survive life without the presence of fiat. They still need to learn a lot of things before they access crypto currency. We must also think of them.

First, Bitcoin will hardly replace paper money during our lifetime and I personally doubt that Bitcoin will replace them ever. People love paper money. They are like paper books, they will never disappear although it might look like they are worthless. Second, if we assume that that can happen in the far far future, I think people would give beggars food, drinks, cigarettes etc. instead of money in the case you described.

First of all, I would like to highlight a point that humans are based on survival. So if they can't start using Bitcoins when they have to learn I get educated as little as they can understand Bitcoin or else they cannot survive. Just like they can now understand the dollars and bill similarly they have to understand what Bitcoins and Satoshi means. They can use paper wallets in order to take payments from other Bitcoin earn and then pay with some new wallet with developers can make easily where we can contribute to their fees.

To operate bitcoin you need to have an internet connection and a mobile phone too as it is economical. But I think it will be a diificult job for beggars to use a phone as it maybe complex for them.Bitcoin also is not so easy to operate. Many still do not know what cryptocurrencies are and what is a cashless society.Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies are only used by a handful of population only.
