This makes me think of you are really sincere about your question or just trying to get some fun:
Do they target nerds or total dumbs?
Anyways, I'll take you seriously and will try to answer your question with the best I can/know. Casinos do promotions on this forum because they want to attract crypto users (this is bitcointalk forum after all). They are doing great job with this, otherwise you won't see sig campaigns running for months...years. If it wasn't profitable, they wouldn't do it.

In general gambling people target countries like thailand more but probably this is not the case with crypto.

Of course, they target some countries based on their research while they are placing ads. But this is not the only way they market them. They also target communities like Bitcointalk and popular crypto platforms. You know if we visit a crypto-related website we see casino banner ads.

Besides these, SEO, content, Streamers, YouTube influencers, casino review sites, affiliate marketing, and so on.

You all are right, however, we must not forget that what determines the kind of marketing awareness we made is the level of the financial standings the gambling organization are having or willing to use for such promotion, this as well determine their location, target and duration as well, so they made an effective plan base on the financial capacity of how much they could afford to use in marketing themselves.

Why should they target nerds and dumbs? They are targeting gamblers of course. And there are many ways for crypto casinos and betting sites to promote their platforms. Just like fiat casinos, crypto casinos are also present on social media. They are also paying ads in different websites or forums like this one. They are also paying influencers, celebrities, and athletes for promotion. They are also sponsoring events. You can also see their brands on uniforms of teams in different sports and leagues. There are so many ways to promote a crypto casino.

And just so you know, crypto gamblers aren't nerds and dumbs.
I think it's because he thinks that cryptos are complicated and so do crypto casinos. In a crypto casino, they uses a provably fair system and then there is a way for us to verify our results if it's fair or not. This isn't hard to do IMO, and the rest are just normal like what we see on a fiat casino.

Learning how to use a crypto isn't that hard either. And many casinos also had a tutorial for it. When he say nerds and dumbs, he is still referring to the gamblers, as these types of people are not only limited to what we commonly see like they are only focused on studying (if they are nerd) or they are only focused on playing a video game (if they are dumb).

I am curious to know who are their targeted audience and at what age group. In general gambling people target countries like thailand more but probably this is not the case with crypto. Do they target nerds or total dumbs? How efficient they are between their marketing tactics?

Mostly, only a professional or someone with the experience on this matter may be able to give an exact answer, but If I am to give my opinion, I say that the target of these online crypto casinos is anyone who is of the responsible gambling age and knows what crypto is to be able to gamble with it. They are recording good results with their marketing campaigns because their audience and customer base is increasing. I see some marketing promotions of some crypto casino when I watch the premier league, The premier league and sport has a huge audience, so their approach to also market their services by securing a sponsorship deal with a premiership club is very smart and strategic.

I have seen websites spamming google with strong links and all. Is spamming the only way? any example of successfully running crypto gambling site to do research on?

There are as many ways to do marketing as you can afford with your budget, in fact there are campaigns that are so well targeted that depending on your budget you can put the logo on a Formula 1 car.

There are no limits, on the other hand, online campaigns are very effective and allow you to direct them to a target audience. There are agencies that take care of it.

Among this diversity of possibilities is the same forum where you are making your proposal, the signature campaigns. Even posting a contest on the game&rounds board  is already a fairly economical way.

Over the past few years, crypto casinos have totally blown up.  It seems like there's a new one popping up every day trying to get a piece of the action and  these online gambling sites using cryptocurrency aim to bring in all sorts of people - those interested in crypto, gambling fanatics, tech nerds you name it.  They target a wide range of ages too, from young 20-somethings to middle-aged folks looking for a rush.  But it's clear their sweet spot is millennials and Gen Zers who actually understand and use crypto.

One of the major shift in thing's have come through the integration of cryptocurrency into gambling which have advanced and increased the online gambling market, this traffic have been what have kept those casino alive and for that, the sort after the clients from the online communities more than physical marketing and this have made social media and forums to be the best place for the to get and generate the needed traffic's, so for that we have to acknowledge that fact that cryptocurrency have helped promote casinos that have direct affiliation and usage of online casinos.

But also we must accept that, both cryptocurrency and casinos have helped each other gain exposures in direct proportion, and for that we may be wrong trying to compare them to each other, because marketing as far as the two are concerned, they go hand in hand with each other.

Of course, they target gamblers, responsible gamblers who know how to abide by their rules and do not cheat, and when it comes to age group usually the right age depending on the age the casino posted on their terms, usually 18 years and above, and about your question do they target nerds or total dumbs.

They never discriminate as long as you abide you know how to play and you're responsible you can play whatever character or level of intelligence you have.
Casinos want more people to play on their platforms regardless of race, nationality, or intelligence as long as they can play responsibly, they will never put you to a test to check your level of intelligence.

You are right, when we are in the casinos there are always promotions that are aimed at all audiences, obviously assuming that they are over 18 years old, it does not matter whether the person is a nerd or not, I think it is somewhat derogatory to call someone that way. The promotions are for everyone, what makes a good casino is not only their promotions because they can have the best, but if the betting requirements are the most impossible, then absolutely nothing is being done, and that is serious, because Whatever the case, things have to look good for the players, I'm not going to enter into a promotion that to win I have to make a 50x wager, that for me is impossible, in my case a 1x is already difficult, I don't even want to imagine Beyond that, it is for that reason that casino promotions are a little irrelevant to me, but I do think that they are good for those people who just like to have fun and are not going to look for profits.

Most of the promotions and bonuses are for those who play slots since slots are the games that most allow this type of pormoino so it is exciting and nice since a lot of free spins will be generated, that is what makes this exciting. , also that you win a lot in the slots, personally I always like to play the slots, because they relax me, it is imperative to do it when I am very stressed, because this system sucks, now what I always focus on is doing whatever I want To be able to win, the fact of playing without trying to win at all means that if I win too much, then I throw it away. In general, I like this game because it gives me peace, maybe the excitement is the excitement, the fact of seeing if I can Winning or not with a good multiplier is what makes me feel good, of course ujn caisno, games, the slots will always have the advantage of the case, so every time you win you must withdraw, it is ideal to feel the profits, It's what I always recommend.

Of course, these casinos tend to focus on people who are already interested in cryptocurrencies. They are more likely to design their marketing to appeal to people who are already knowledgeable and passionate about cryptocurrencies. I believe they would emphasize the advantages of using digital assets for gambling. These casinos also actively participate in and interact with online forums, social media platforms, and some online crypto communities. By being present in these areas, they are able to connect with people who have similar interests.
Perhaps some of them are working along with influencers, other projects, or other businesses in the cryptocurrency space to help crypto casinos grow. Of course, collaborative promotions, endorsements, or sponsored events with the potential to shock a larger audience can all be a part of a collaboration.

This entirely depends on the platform.

Generally, physical casinos market themselves a hotel. They tend to create hotels inside a country with theatres and shows, then they add gambling establishments within that hotel which turns the latter in a casino-hotel system.

On the other hand, cryptocurrency casinos market themselves through the use of different advertisement platforms, such as:

  • Hiring content creators (e.g. YouTubers) to advertise and plug the gambling casino;
  • Using famous celebrities as ambassadors of their casino;
  • Advertising in this forum via campaign signatures;
  • Placing ads in different kinds of websites for traction; or
  • Offering bonuses and rewards during their initial phase of operations.

There are other advertisement platforms in which these online casinos may use in order to attract new audience and potential users. They also do not have a target audience but the general rule in gambling is that they can only accept users that are of legal age depending on the regulations of such country.

Lastly, these platforms have all the data they need for advertising needs. They probably know which kind of advertisement platform is most efficient in attracting new customers to their website.

It surprised me to see advertisements from a known betting platform in two of my reference crypto-websites: coinmarketcap and myetherwallet. That platform, although it doesn't have a good reputation here, is known to have a great financial "muscle".

That case was especially salient to me, but crypto casino ads are ubiquitous in our field, and we don't have to go  too far to find a good example of this Roll Eyes
Also Noticed this recently though it seems to be gone now but I have seen one of the so called scam casino site here in
forum that also having their ads in Coinmarketcap and that made me less trust in cmc.
and also   what ads I mostly trust are those casinos that has theirs here with constant update and communications.
Yep. You can spot those scam casino with bombarding advertisement all over the internet. Coinmarketcap has to generate income and as long as the advertiser meet the criteria of coinmarketcap, they can advertise on it. If you are really concerned about the scam casino advertisement that you found on coinmarketcap, you can try to contact them and help people in avoiding that casino.

Scam casino can advertise as much as they want, there are some scam casino that advertised here as well. One example of it is 1xbit that launched their signature campaign here which I guess failed because on how bad their reputation here.

This would have made much more sense if you had mentioned the casino you are referring to, or talking about here, though to me, I suspect you are either talking about 1xbet or bc.game, this two casinos are the ones I mostly see their ads on coinmarketcap and myetherwallet, though their ads aren't limited to just this two platforms though, I also see their ads constantly on blockchain scan websites like etherscan, bsc scan and so on.

You said the casino you are talking about does not have a good reputation here on this forum, so, if it be among this two casinos I mentioned, then you are probably talking about 1xbet, which I will also agree that this is one hell of a casino with a lot of financial muscle just as you have said, they are advertising almost everywhere one can think of.

Also Noticed this recently though it seems to be gone now but I have seen one of the so called scam casino site here in

You both nailed it, it's just that I don't usually like to say the sinner but the sin.

Initially I thought it was some kind of targeted ad, as if they knew the kind of user I am; if you saw it too it is a bit less probable but still possible. Although I don't even think they need to do that, as almost all the traffic there is from people who share the same key interests, and even similar demographical characteristics.

I think that what drew our attention is the fact of always seeing ads from that gambling site and not from other highly reputed ones.

I think the target is anyone over the age of 18 and targets anyone located in a non-banned country
Probably yes, there's nothing specific on this especially gambling ads about your personality. Basic things like 18 and location is the main target. Now if they get successfully to promote in say facebook ads or google ads, then it's easy for them to located their target such interest of the users. In facebook ads you can set anything that to get the highest result of impressions and possible clicks and visit to your URLs, these are the users who usually watch sports related videos, some time of games, etc.
Doesnt matter on which mediums they would really be putting up that focus into, there are really those people who do really that prefer on playing on a certain place and there are people who are really that easily get hooked if ever they would really be seeing something specially into those ads. If you are a type of person whose really that into gambling then you could really be able to easily spot these kind of ads and even if you are a complete noob then you would really be that possibly be able to hit up that kind of curiosity on which you might really be ending up on playing.

Marketing? It would really be just that typical for a gambling site or any business that they would really be giving out that kind of budget for them to market out their product or service.
Doesnt matter on what mediums or ways or methods they would be using as long they could be able to have that exposure
then this what matter the most.

It's the same as any other products and brands out there, through advertising and in different forms, there's pop-up ads, Google ads, website ads, sponsorship deals and the most unique of them all is signature campaigns. They also market themselves through promotions or deals when you play on their website, this one is a good way to guarantee a customer when you're shooting blind with your advertisement, adding a promotion of some sort definitely tickles the bone that wants to get those freebies so now you know how they market themselves.

Actually, all types of casinos advertise them on those places where they will find customers. So in this case you will find offline casinos advertising them on a certain slected area and the others hand the online casinos choose online platforms for advertising them.
off line and online gambling has different audience and players mate , because I know that
they are also targeting different depositors .

Quote
Like if we talk about the signature campaign on bitcoin talk you will find 25+ signature campaigns still running here most of them are potential gambling websites. So why they are advertising them here? Because may they are able to make a loyal customers from here Roll Eyes .
signature campaigns are truly were online casinos are gaining players and they are generating
money here but if they will only stand longer and not for short time running.

Quote
And just like this they also advertise them on the other platforms. And if I talk about the at what age group they targeted it's simple any types of age who are gamblers with over 18+ ages.
they must run from here and everywhere because gambling is a place where people will enjoy after learning .
