If you want to try it then do actual trading using a small number of funds in the beginning but before that, you also have to learn not just the basics of trading but how you're going to deal with the volatility of the market. There are trusted exchange that offers demo and trial tradings which would help you a lot. Just try to learn continuously because, to be honest, trading is a long process of learning.

hello good evening and happy Sunday to you. in my opinion to start trading, you need to get a demo trading account and the use candy stick technique to to trade. Try to read about candlesticks or watch some videos from YouTube to understand the rudiments behind trading after you have mastered it, try to get some videos on the rudiments of metatrader 4 or if you're trading cryptocurrency like bitcoin you can use some exchanges like Binance for a practice session. When you are now confident, you can trade with real cash.
Lastly, I recommend Daily Chart as your time frame.

It depends on what you focus on there are a lot of trading strategies and techniques given to you and you find out and one of the most important is to seek to yourself or your own strategy to make a trade. It depends on your trading lifestyle it's for a daily or an hourly trade this varies the technical indicators too to give a signal for you about the possible trends upcoming always check the market news and other related on this coin this gives you insight too. Always make a trading plan to avoid losing your path and stick with it. Always the goal is the profit even you lose at the end of the day profit is the count here.

I just learn my small knowledge in trading thru frequent watching of Bitcoin price charts. It is really fun to watch expert analysts plot lines and make intelligent guesses to price movement. They show multiple variations of price action so whether you are bull or bear their video will be still interesting.
Watching market price oscillation along with signals from others will be interesting because you are having future plan of getting into making use of others' signals but when it comes about real term trading you might be finding something different rather than how you are doing right now. But, you are doing perfect to get start with crypto trading still my suggestion to you must be, do not expect the same while you are getting into live trading.

Because, watching price oscillation while we are having open position will not be that much interesting but watching market with our positions are in positive and nearing target levels must be more interesting but that will not happen all the times.

Hello everyone, I just got introduced into crypto by a friend and would like to know how do I go about doing it. Have went through lots of tutorials from different places but did not quite understand how to use them and what to see. That's when I thought a forum would be the next best place to place such a question.

Before you enter the world of trading, you must really understand cryptocurrencies, find out first about the basics and then learn while starting a small capital investment to be used as an exercise. This can be a way for you to practice using the right strategy to deal with market conditions that are often unstable. This is very important so that you can minimize the possibility of loss that you will experience.

In this thread people are gonna discuss their personnel experience with each other and make possible ways of trading, then i want to tell you that you should start from a small amount in trading because you are not that much reliable or understandable at trading. Then after some time you got experience then you can start with a long capital.
Agree with you. Trading is very risky for the newbie. So I also suggest everyone try to start trade with a few bucks. Even, I also told people that, Try to do a paper trade first. At Tradinvew people can easily start their paper trade by creating an account. I practice there a lot, I found it very helpful for a new trader. When I was profitable at my trade, I started my main trade with some real money. I hope the newbie should follow these tips.

I think for newbie trading should be started with a small capital and have to be very consistent and you should also know that starting should be at that amount which you have the capacity to lose because in trading there is no guarantee of always getting profit , so you should be aware of all the trading strategies.

The proof of the pudding is in the eating! You can only judge the quality of what you have learned after you have try to use it and experience it! Get to work on your tradong. Choose a centralised exchange and practise what you have learned, thete is no other way to it! Some exchange have tutorials, use them!

Learn the ropes first, you come off like someone who's into crypto for a quick money and trading isn't the right place to get that money if that's really your intention. First you said that you're a newbie into crypto and then you suddenly want to trade? That's disrespectful to the long time traders because you think that trading's easy and to yourself, you will suffer losses all the time.
I don't think that was respectful mate. It was just his desire to trade and also wanted to learn trading that is why he is asking some guidance from us. I don't find anything wrong with such a thing unless he got so confident with himself despite that he was a newbie only.

Learn stuff first and accumulate knowledge and accumulate experience, there are demo trading sites that you can use to practice trading.
It was a must especially for the beginners and OP has no escaped from this if he wanted to survive from trading, otherwise, it ends up him so easily.
And aside from having all this stuff, having a mentor like a friend of yours could eventually give a huge help.

I started trading by making a minimum deposit of $ 100, offered by the Amarkets broker, and simply tested it for the platform, made a withdrawal and realized that it was possible to work.

Don’t involve any broker in any of your investments.
It’s better to start alone at first.
And it is not necessary that 100$ will be the starting amount only. You can start with any amount.
Moreover at first it is important to understand the market and make yourself familiar with the terms.
Then choose the coin, buy and sell it wisely.
Hope this helps you mate.
Indeed. It's better to start alone first and don't just depend on others. Start with a capital, you should have a capital even if it is just small in order to have some experiences in the market and test things and probably explore the market. Trade only with your prepared money and always set aside funds. Starting with a small capital will help you explore the market and learn something about it. But, having proper knowledge and control your emotions is very important in trading. Patience also is important especially the techniques and strategies you use to avoid losing your fund.

You start knowing about more of bitcoin.

Don't rush to trade because you're just going to experience series of losing if you're not yet knowledgeable about it. So if you've learned about bitcoin already.

Check its volatility and see the fluctuation it does towards USD.

Start from the basic, simple terminologies and simple technical analysis if you failed to understand this and you insist in moving forward to real trading I can guarantee that you will just wasting your money. So first things to do is to learn the basic and don't rush since we are talking about money and investment here, you need to be careful about it since once it's lost, it's lost forever.

Understand what cryptocurrency is before trading, but I suggest for beginners to choose investing over trading, but if you force yourself to trade, there are several ways for beginners,
first, learn about risk management and knowledge of trading,
second, practice your understanding by learning to use a demo account,
third, if you feel proficient and confident in your analysis, you can already make real trade, but for the first step use small funds.

It should always a must to deal first with your knowledge before taking your step inside trading, if you still unsure but you wanted to invest your money,

start first with small amount of money some spare amount that you are willing to let go for the sake of learning, not a good way
but if you manage to control your emotions which is really hard when you are just a newcomer.

for sure afterwards you'll learned something and it will build a good foundation in you if you are really keen in learning more.

Before you start trading you have to be sure that it is something that you have passion, because if you don’t have that passion then you’re not going to be able to do it. That passion you have for trading is what keeps you going when the market is very bad and when things are not going as you expect it to go. So, it’s very important that you make sure it’s something you’re going to like. Then the next thing is to have funds and after that you need to study about cryptocurrency and understand how they work, and after that you have to learn about crypto exchanges and that way you will know how it works and how you can apply those strategies you have learnt.

In my opinion, if you don't know yet about how to trade, so, don't trade yet.

I believe the OP knows this, which is why he's seeking for our advices on how to go about learning how to trade just as the subject of the thread says. How do i start trading. Like everyone has say trading isn't something you should joke with because while it has the opportunity to multiple your capital, it also can make you lose it all within days of trade.

For you to start trading you'll need a platform that you can trust to hold your trading capital. Excluding this capital don't use any exchange as a place to store your coins, they should just be used for your trading exercise. Next is to actually get the basic of trading.

This can be learnt within days and ones you get the basic you can start test practice. In this initial stages, you shouldn't risk more funds, remember you haven't perfected the skills yet but with time you'll gather the experience needed to be a professional trader.

Even professional traders are still learning about the market, they feel that the market will always be their teacher, so they are not easily satisfied and always correct every lesson they learn, so we as novice traders must instill trading knowledge as our basic capital. after that we can choose the exchange and pair for where we trade, this is important so that later our funds remain safe on the exchange
Basic knowledge of trading is a mandatory thing that must be learned if you want to profit in trading. don't expect luck. Knowledge of trading will give you a direction where to follow the market.
As for exchanges, you really have to choose an exchange that has a lot of users and is already trusted like Binance. But no exchange is secure, all are still possible to be hacked. even your personal wallet will be hacked if you are not careful.
