I think it's difficult. and I also want to know about this. because until now every transaction we have to include evidence or anything related to ourselves. like our information. so we can't be completely anonymous. it would be better if we could freely transact in a safe way for both the seller and the buyer but with full anonymity. but I don't think there is such a thing or difficult. Or maybe I just don't know.

What kind of items do you want to buy? You can use your postal code and anonymous name at the time of buying. I hope it will arrive at your nearest post office. On the other hand, you can convert your btc to other currency and can use for buying purpose. Then it is not necessary to hide identity because bitcoin might illegal but other currency are not. 
It depends upon the service that you are looking for, much better is always read the terms and conditions or maybe the FAQ. They possibly secretly hide your basic information, like the nickname and valid email address, and sending it to any location that you want, of course, this isn't your real address, it's an alternative during the purchase.

Does this office boxes really help to stay anonymous? You still need to fill some basic information about yourself when renting a box. Even if you fill form with fake data and pay in cash, there are still cameras all around in post institutions. It will just take some time to identify a person from a video with a real person.

You're putting yourselves at risk mate, don't ever share information for someone you do not know personally. There could be possibility of an personal data breach that might happen on you, and we don't want it to happen.
Much better if you do buying bitcoin on your own, just use a legit and popular exchange, have a basic account then you can purchase btc anonymously even though your address will be revealed.
It's not a big deal, as long as you kept your identity safely to someone else a stranger from you.

Not possible. You will have to reveal your address and personal information to someone. Buying things locally in person with cash is the only real way to stay "anonymous." That person, of course, will see you.

It depends on the agreement for shipping problems. but when it comes to payment of addresses, there is a coin mixing service for that but if you using middle man services no way you using mixing service. it seems that now it is rare to be completely anonymous. Surely one of the parties will know. if it's just a matter of home address, there is a PO BOX system in delivery.

Once you convert a digital asset to a physical asset, the anonymity is lost. No matter what you do, you can never be 100% anonymous in such occasions. If you don't want to be seen purchasing collectibles using Bitcoin, then you can always convert your Bitcoins to digital gift cards (in an anonymous way) and then use these gift cards to purchase physical assets.
