5.Mining should be low on list of forum page. When you see coin page that has mining explained and front pushed right bellow the tittle or near it, its usually red flag. It means that developers did not develop any other significant feature to represent it in coins description that could drag in the investors. Mining is only process that helps functionality of currency, it is not the actual use of currency and its only sole feature.
I believe that a lot of member will tell you that you should use ICO listing sites or they give you a list of ICO project that they believe that it's good. But you should know that, investing in ICO project is a good way to earn money although it's very risky. Do you think anyone will share the way they earn money for you for free? I don't think so. Even ICO listing sites are not truthworthy, they're the same like John McAfee, received money to promote for any ICO project

4 Long term use. Coin, token, system no matter what the ICO or release is it needs to have long term useful value. Just releasing currency for the sake of it doesnt cut it. Whatever the asset is, it has to provide some real use in order for market to see long term value in it. This means when one sees coin always make sure to think ahead how could such asset provide value to certain people, organizations, companies etc...
For example it could provide platform for developers to develop other blockchain softwares on top of it, which gives it intrensic value of whole ecosystem build on top of it, it could provide capital flight in reppresed countries such as privacy coins allow, it could be distributed power sharing and use such as certain coins that distribute computer power might allow in future, it needs to give value to certain market.

3.Transparent team. Images and names of all developers on project, coins developed and released by hidden developers are way more likely to be scam or eventually loosing overall value. This is a fact. Its logical, if someone has ill intent its more likely that staying in shadows will guarantee better safety or perception of it. A good sign is team with experianced members who produced previously successful projects.

Solid structured page is what i look for, anything that is scraped up quickly without images or videos often means that developers put little effort into marketing of coin, which is not a good sign to see for investing. Investing in ICOs or fully functional fresh currencies can be very profitable due to the fact that one is able to get in asset quick and often ahead of other market participants. However picking bad coin can easily lead to complete loss of investment if something goes wrong on development or coin has no long term use and the market looses faith and trust in currency which leads to collapse of value.

It is very good to invest in ico, it is mandatory to lock the currency, and you can't sell it, so as to prevent the loss of faith, and the lock warehouse period will be changed back, haha, this is the investment!
Its really hard to detect which is the best ICO and which is not or which is scam... It widely problem here because a lots of number of ICO emerge now... But for me the best sign if the ICO youv'e join is truly legit is if there are lots of members who belong to high rank and also check their profile if the are trustworthy and also check their project... And check also their campaign bounty manager if they are truly trustworthy... Choosing the best ICO means success...
I mostly check the spreadsheets of popular people such as mandy, ian balina and crypto crush. Trying to understand which ones are good and not fake checking the team and advisors.
ICObench is my favorite. They have a site and mobile app. The app works very well and I can browse in my free time.

There are lots of threads with the same question as yours mate, if possible, please check first if there is already a threads with the same question as yours to avoid of multiplying the same thread as you did. But to answer your question, just make sure to do a lot of research about the ICO that you'd like to invest in or participate in, you have to take your time on researching to avoid being fooled by those scammers.

Well I am also checking on ICO bench for further ratings on some ICO that I am checking and would make request to join their bounty, Well in my opinion sites like this are great and a time saver for the ones that didn't have the time in checking and researching some ICO's Because it is still OK if we are the ones making the research and analyzing new ICO, Even though there are sites like ICObench that provided a rating for certain ICO's.
I don't usually rely on the website that offers genuine and good ICO. I do choose it myself and i check if that ICO or county is true. First you need to look if there is a whitepaper and roadmap, telegram group or channel. You need to see if they have website and see also about the team.
i think you should not put too much trust on Reviewing Sites, they may not accurate because they do all assessments based on the informations they got from the ICOs but they can not find specific detail about the ICO, so ICOs can give them false information to trick you, you should do your own research, of course reading whitepaper and from community is very important, moreover we should search for informations about the developers and their sites, traffics or year of established.

I doubt if there is a trusted site that can provide a good ico recommendation. Many rating sites are available and trusted people, but not for me. Because there is no guarantee and the average is business or money. We can also find the best ico, if we want to learn, do research and also actively discuss.This thread is interesting enough to read and easy to understand. Sometimes feelings can be the determinant of an option.
