I don't panic. Or better to say experinece thought me not to panic because thus you can only make things worse and make quick and unreasonable decisions that you might regret.
The best thing is to stay calm and look at all options you have. That is why is good always to have more strategies and diversifid portofolio, then you always have some reserve position and possible choice. Sometimes is enough just to sleep over and see the situation next day in different perspective.

When it comes to panics, I just cut loss everything and regret by the next day Wink
i think it is basic and it is in the nature and every one gets panic when there is something wrong and you got any kind of a loss. Everyone panics at different scenarios, some may panic on downfall of the prices of their investments, some panic when they had hard times in family or any other office issues. I usually don’t get panic as soon like others because I know how to control my emotions so that my decisions are not affected while trading at the time of crisis. it is hard to control your emotions and i think the panic is natural.

I am not panicking. I always keep my self calm and postive for me to not do oanic selling. I know that I can make more profit if I can control my slef and also my emotions.

True that. I also don't go panicking and just stay cool. There is no matter in running around and screaming, it changes nothing. If I stay coldblooded then I can find a solution of a problem.

Before, I am a day trader and I got panic when the price go down below my buy price even in 15 minutes. But now I've learned that I don't need to view the chart whole day because it will make me panic. Just analyze, set buy price, and hold about 1 or 2 day. If the price still don't go up, just hold until you got your profit

I don't do often panic before in the past months but after btc has begun becoming uncontrollable then I decided to sell all of my altcoins to bitcoin with a great loss. I know that people that don't really panic must have been did what I did.
That's what traders do when bitcoin is pumping, they will sell their altcoins because altcoins will dump but when the price started to get stable
they will still gonna buy buck their altcoins because it's expected that altcoins will rise when bitcoin will not.
It's like people are just transferring their money from bitcoin to altcoins, so if you are not a long term holder then you should do that.

Well basing on how the alts performed and are performing, you probably are regretting selling your alts for btc since it went the other eay around. Though you may just have to hold for a little while more for btc to recover

Panic situation when my coins are being dumped by market, it's really hard thing to hold my coins. When i get panic with such market condition, i usually sell my coins eventhough in the result i'm lost.

I guess we share the same habits every time that our coins are having a DUMP, of course as a holder, it is natural for us to panic and decide what is better to do, but I'm not that kind of holder which do panic selling, I'm also thinking about that, but I've realized that it is just normal for the Altcoins price to go down for a while, because I know that after this kind of drama, the will PUMP double to their last price.

This is the same for everyone, when the market goes for pumps, we don't panic or get excited, but when the market goes for dumps, we all panic and we start panic sells which causes big loss for traders. We should avoid this by controlling our mind.
Indeed, this is in human nature that when things go against your will and expectations, you do come under stress and pressure. Very few people are capable of staying as cool as cucumber under such circumstances. Majority are usually unable to stay positive so they take wrong decisions under such circumstances and panic selling is one of them. The only solution is to have good emotional control.
hard to make a way wherein you are able to stay calm but indeed this is really needed for cause we cant even know what are the movement is if there is no people that are going to panic for but this is not a joke cause the way on how people are able to panic is the way wherein they are not able to be more on how they can handle their emotion for.

For the smart people, they do not have this problem, but for the newbie and noob trader or speculator, this issue always happens for them. They can not control their emotion and easy get panic by the volatility of the market created by the whales.

Whether its bitcoin trading or altcoin trading, there is bound to come a time when your investment is getting dumped badly, and its panic time.
How do you panic? Does that really make you panic and do you take decisions that you actually regretted later? Or do you keep calm and HODL?
What makes you panic and how do you react to it?

The problem with us when it comes to panic is the fact that we are not even aware that we are already panicking. So, we must asses ourselves first and how we feel if we are already in a panic or not, because once we realize that we are already panicking then that's the time that we start to think and we eventually calm down. This way, we'll figure out what to do.

when my coins being dumped, exactly i'm panic and directly sell my coins, until now, i cant survive from my panic. it will make me scary to deeper loss, in order to avoid that loss, i sell my coins eventhough i loss. but i wont to get deeper loss. just avoid the high risk. it really hard to keep calm when your coins are being dumped.
I don’t do any panic because panic can put you in trouble and seven months before I did a mistake I sell my bitcoin without checking the rice of bitcoin and I lose my a lot of money so bitcoin don’t accept any panic it’s a digital currency and you must have be careful about dealing your small mistake can make a problem for you and I will advise to every one never make any panic just to focus on your work and check the price of bitcoin every day.
Panic is the factor to make the success of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency market as today, haha. If we do not have the loser and the panic seller, we can not buy Bitcoin at low price as $1,000 before the price of Bitcoin increases to the moon (in January, 2017).

Well first I get this vague feeling like I'm suffocating. Then I check my and heart rate is over 130 and my blood pressure is up to 170. For about 15 minutes I wonder if I'm dying. Then it used to end with me popping a Xanax. But now I just ignore it and it goes away.

I learned a similar technique with my crpyto investments. I just step away from the chart and take a nap. Then when I come back it has mostly recovered. Unless it's a shitty alt - in which case I will sit there and wait for the first bounce.

In order to not panic in this crypto market you need a calmer psychological. If you have a longer view on crypto you will not be scared by this market anymore. Believe in what you have researched and invested in that coin.

I think if you have a long-term view of the virtual currency, then you will not be scared. Because you know it will recover, not down. Both phenomena are possible, mainly how you think about them. I believe the future of virtual currency, so I choose to hold. I think this will be a very good choice, see you in the future!
