From bizarre kind of bet, to outrageous and well- horseracing bet, football/soccer bet, boxingbout/tournament bet, tennis match/tournament bet, basketball betting. Has anyone given a thought to foodbetting?
Customers joining the site to bet on their favorite foodie are expected to register as a member, just as is required in a normal bet site. They would place their bets on contestants who are expected to eat more or eat less quantity of various prepared food within a timed period/duration.
How's the setup? I mean what's or where's the supposed source feed of the match?
Is it
"live" or pre-recorded? Or the setup would be in a normal restaurant and bettors will choose among those customers
(but the customers didn't know that they are being streamed?) Not sure about how the interest of placing a bet on this type of match will get a hype.
What are your thoughts on the concept and initiative behind this idea.? Is it worth investing time and resources in?
Personally to me, it's not even catchy and not worth it for me to place a bet. Why should I when there's a normal and usual sport that I really followed for a long?
Can we classify this betting on food eaters on who eats more or less within a time frame, as a sport?
Generally, if we have to compare it to the usual sport, I can't classify that as a sport.
Simply, it's just a usual tournament. Eating fast is not a skill. If streamed in a restaurant with usual customers, it's even violating the customer's privacy.
