Hi everyone, I would like to ask a very simple question on how to start on crypto if that is what it is called. The idea for me is in hopes I can just earn here and there mainly to help with monthly expenses. Not looking to invest like 5 figures but more of like 3 to 4 figure ranges to create that monthly recurring for my expenses.

A lot of things you can do to earn I think they were referring to signature campaign which a company will ask you to wear their signature on your profile, make post and earn that's one of the ways to earn here but there's a lot of things you can do such as selling something in exchange with cryptocurrency, give professional service, offer skills and also you can apply to bounty campaigns and airdrops where startup projects run a campaign and all you have to do is to apply do the work and earn their coin but be careful most of the projects are useless/worthless so review first the project before joining bounty campaigns.

You can start earning with crypto by doing airdrop.
Airdrop is completing simple social tasks to earn some amount of crypto coins allocated for people who participated in doing that same tasks.
You can learn more with Google.

Simple yet sometimes risky so be careful on inputting your wallet address on the form since sometimes newbies will always make mistake on putting their private key instead of writing their wallet address on the form and also there are scams which ask some deposit so that you can earn more drops. But we can really start on this and one thing we should remember that legit airdrop will not ask us anything and also never do any KYC since they might use our identity for scamming.

Invest on the amount that you could afford to lose and dont expect that it would give out guaranteed returns or profits on monthly basis because this would always depend on how the market
moves and on how you do deal or handle your investment which simply talks about making decisions neither you do sell or buy depending on the situation. Most of us do share up the same
common reason on why we do jump into this market which is to make profits but not all would really be that successful because it will really vary on different factors
which you should handle it well.

Hi everyone, I would like to ask a very simple question on how to start on crypto if that is what it is called. The idea for me is in hopes I can just earn here and there mainly to help with monthly expenses.
Your aim is to maintain monthly income, This is only suitable for trading types that work from time to time.  So I think you should learn how to trade, it will serve the purpose that you want to build in this space.

There's no assurance to earn on trading since you need a high level of skills, patience, time and money to earn decently on this option although this is quite good among others but we cannot really have a lucky days always to this since volatility is much huge problem on our trades. But if new people knows how to trade well and be settle for less then maybe they can earn sustainable amount but we shouldn't focus on this area only since there are so many things are good for start up and I start my journey as a community manager so maybe newbie could start to that job to if they cannot risk their money on their first run.
Well, it's indeed.
Dont think that trading is the best source of income, that will never happen because anytime in trading you lost your entire capital.
But if you have confidence that you have enough knowledge, skills, and strategies in trading, perhaps the chances are near on you and you will be able to multiply and even multiple folds when it comes to your profit, a small amount could be enough just to try your luck and the exchange as well.

That's why its a long process for someone to earn on this option that's why we really need to understand first all we need to know so that we can possibly earn on trading's but if they cannot take the risk and afraid to put their money there maybe they should work for another options since not all people have high risk tolerance.

I'd suggest for newbie to find online jobs here or even find some source outside since by now many employers especially dev's seeking some talented person to be part of there team and its good to start on those jobs since we can gather experience and also money for survival.

Its possible to earn and support your monthly expenses on crypto but you cannot expect more on it especially when you are in starting phase, you possibly face so many challenges and to many scams that possibly will lure you so before going on something you better learn the basics and don't do any shortcuts on the valuable information you can get maybe you can start to learn on how to trade since this one could help you figure out how difficult to earn and you can also discover things which can help you to successfully earn on crypto.

Crypto looks too attractive to people who are not familiar with it nor with its wild swings. Even getting 3 figure profit requires lots of knowledge and skills. You can't get profits straight away.  Best advice for newbie is to spend time in learning it before jumping with capital.

If a new person comes in crypto and he don't have experience then very difficult to know what is all about even I start and don't know about holding power when cryptocurrency era only started then very difficult in today's life when crypto has been complicated because of its high numbers. For newbies learn and earn program. Learn through websites, YouTube, and other different then trade, if you like you can do airdrops and bounties to know how crypto making and how developing. In last its all about experienced must spend some time then everything will be very easier.

Word of mouth. Yes, in 2016, I heard of Bitcoin from my friend. When we were discussing of  a part time job, he explained me things about Bitcoin and how it works. Yes, I started with it. But now a days, media plays a big role in it. Media spreads the word about a crypto currency and people around us start asking what is it and how to get into crypto. Yes, later they become a crypto investor.

Many who see their friends earn lot of profits from trading, come in and invest in crytpo hoping to get a good profit like their friends.

So to recap: expect the worst and everything else becomes a positive silver lining  Cheesy
Some investors might not understand about expecting it to loss. They might think that why they have to invest if they're expecting to loss. But it's all about the mindset that you're fine to invest that amount in crypto and you can afford that even it is gone.

Because some new investors are thinking of instant returns and they're not thinking about the impact of volatility. They're confident that their money will grow tomorrow quickly but not analyzing what's with the crypto and why everyone is telling the same thing about affordability.
[/quote]

Then that is the first mistake they make,,, and maybe one they will never learn. No use to learn about strategies and methods if they did not learn lesson #1,,, which is also strangely or not the same lesson in gambling.

Instant returns and investors are not words that should exist together.

So yes, these are not pure losses if you gain experience and learning. I always see it like this too and appreciate that Smiley
That's also looking at it at a brighter and better picture of what has happened and as well as remaining positive despite the losses that you've incurred whether it's big or small.

We all have the same experience where we've learned a lot because with those mistakes that we did as we invest in the cryptocurrencies that we think have a good future.

And as long as the money you put in has the right expectation (which is to expect to lose it all), then you never have that sinking regret that most people feel after a mistake/loss. You cannot be in the right frame to "learn" lessons if the expectation setting was never right anyway.

If you do not have much money, you can start by participating in the bounty campaign for free. You can join social media and do the task for some time so at the end of the campaign, you can sell the reward and make money. People did if they want to start on crypto but people who have money can buy bitcoin or altcoin directly in the market.

Trading will be the next way to earn more money but you must learn more to make a profit. I am sure there are other ways for you to start on crypto and you should search by yourself to find the right way that will work for you.

It depends on the country where you are at. If the cost of living is just very low like one could live with just $5 a day, there are staking coins I think will help like the casino coins. But it will also need a huge amount of money to receive substantial every day. Staking coins is assurance but it's also risky when the market experience a long winter season.

Trading in crypto will be profitable only if you have long experience of loss in training yourself. The coins right now however are much higher because you are not an early comer in the space.

And that $500 you've invested wrongly did yourself gained with experience and that can be said as another investment.

Because you've learned from that mistake and experience and now you're raking the idea of what lesson you've learned from that mistake and it is also because of you, you didn't give up that easy.

My personal amount was much smaller as an investment but it was big enough for me to learn my lesson and gain the experience. And then a year after that, I also spent even more into ICOs,,, yet another lesson was created.

The best option to start working with crypto is demo mode. At least when I started working with a broker from Spamarkets, I started that way.
