You can forget the ETF that may never happen. If it does it's because there are plenty of exchanges like Baakt that monitor manipulation. Our best bet is institutional exchanges popping up that are similar to Baakt.

After the months of depression and red market we are still far away from bull market. The manipulators understand that investors and holders have too much money left in crypto and many of them are waiting for the bull. Their aim is to put so much pressure that everybody would sell especially those who invested with their money trying to save something.
I don't expect any bull run on this year. Maybe bull run will come on 2019. Cause whole year of 2018 was very bad for crypto and December month will be same. So we must need to wait for 2019.
When the bulls decide to come to the market, they will do it unexpectedly. It can happen this December, in January 2019, or later...we do not know anything about the time of this great event we are waiting for.

There's a lots of things that can possibly happen next year, BAKKT also got a good glimpse together with ETF approval in terms of time frame no one knows the exact one but if you are positive and you can wait for longer time then you won't measure the time instead taking every opportunities to buy cheap crypto while waiting for the bull, things still good if you are well aware about things that can happen around this industry.

I think that December may be the beginning of a cryptocurrency bull market. There are Christmas and New Year's Day during this period, so I believe that whales will let investors have a happy holiday. But the 2019 cryptocurrency market is still unpredictable.
If we look to previous years price started grow in the end of year - at the beginning of years. So everything is possible. May be we will see bullrun in this year but I betting for the beginning of next year as there are a lot of big news coming in the Q1 2019 in crypto worlds. But no one don't know exactly when bullrun starts. It can starts in every moment, so just hold your coins and wait 
No one is know about the time of bull run. Cause anytime bull run can start. But in my opinion we need to wait 3-5 months to see a good movement on cryptocurrencies price.
Any bullrun waiting are the empty dreams. Live and trade or hold. Don't worry about when bullrun. If it will be we all definitely will see it. There is not bullrun due to 2-4 hours. Real market growth will continue quite time to be valuable

At least you have a very realistic approach to situations like this. Of course being optimistic is a good thing, but I believe it's overconfidence to think something will happen this December.But this situation doesn't scare me. Probably, the bull run will come soon. The bottom could be reached already, but we are not sure of it. Let us wait, when Bitcoin (and altcoins as well) start showing the signs that they are ready to grow further and come to conclusions then.

In December, the price of bitcoin may drop to 3000$, and other coins may as always go down for it. I am sure that the bull market will not start in December or January, it will start much later than everyone expects. Maybe I'm wrong and I'll be glad if I'm wrong and growth will begin earlier.
