I have seen some reputed casinos lagging in this aspect. They make you wait days for a reply to email. There live chats makes you wait for hours. Thus, it makes sense to check the customer support by sending mails or trying live chat before you join the forum. How important is customer support of an online casino for you ?

Just imagine a real casino like Wynn or MGM or any business in this world without  customer support? That is just the same with online casinos. There got to be people preferably live chat in order to assist and answer people needs.

Late replies are understandable sometimes especially on delicate cases where reviews are necessary.
It is highly important and I am sure there is no one that would end up saying otherwise. If I have an issue, I always want it solved pretty fast and things like that increases the reliability of a platform. I do not want to have issue and only end up getting a response after huge number of days when I could have done a lot with that time wasted, so, that is how important having a highly responsive customer support team in place.
It is really important to have fast and responsive costumer support in some online casinos, but there are also some time that they need to review some issues regarding your complaints and problems  it is not also all the time that they can be responsive, so much better also to be patient and just wait for their reply but it should't exceed up to 24 hours.

But for me, this is really not a problem. The problem is why we are moving toward such option that is full of issues and detrimental elements for us. Why we are not taking it serous? Why we are killing ourselves just because of that fake money source? We have to think about it. We need to focus on reality of this online casinos. They are only for making us ruined, nothing else.

That's completely correct the site should try to fix the problems which gamblers have faced in past so that it doesn't happen with someone else in the future. Customer support is highly needed in a lot of set ups, let alone something that has to do with funds. However, one thing like you have said is the lag, but we also have to understand their capacity may not actually hold much the number of queries coming in a day. It is not an excuse though for an online casino making a lot of money. It is very important for me and I believe everyone as it at least give you some rest of mind to get solutions fast in the case of an issue arising.

Even though site got a live support those support members will have a limited access so you can expect just a general answer from those members. They still make you wait until their back-end team or admin check your actual issue.

If the site doesn't have a good support slowly they will lose the business to their competitors so all admin needs to give more importance to support their customers on time.
Yeah, losing business is guaranteed for a platform that has low support or no support at all, most especially when it comes to the issue where money is involved. No one wants to use a platform they will not at least have peace of mind to make use of and support actually helps a lot with that perception.
