Thus, it makes sense to check the customer support by sending mails or trying live chat before you join the forum. How important is customer support of an online casino for you ?
It plays a vital role just like a backbone of the human body for their online casino gambling. If the customer support will be more active then they will react faster on the feedback of their customers and they will fix any issue their customers face and if this thing will come in then the remaining users will not face the problem and the remaining users will play their without feeling any inconvenience and the person who face the issue will think it as a best site and they will start to like it more.

The support system is the most important aspect of any business and when it comes to web based business they need to have a good system to sort out issues faced by the user and that is how their success will be evaluated, all of the fiat based sites i am using have a good support system but the problem with crypto based site is that it is difficult to get the right solutions most of the time.

It plays a major role for the casino and for any other business as if the customer support is at best then people will know that they will get their problems fixed as soon as possible and they will not remain suspended with their issues on their site. If they will get their issues get solved sooner then they will like to stay on that casino for their gambling.

In most scenario a customer normally contacts a casino's live chat or sends an email because his withdrawal is pending for a long time. There might be very few players who contact them for anything other than withdrawals
I feel instead of having a 24X7 live chat casinos should remove kyc as it shouldn't exist in the first and allow instant withdrawals for all players
Seconded with these words, 24x7 live support is appealing but high percentage people would  ask neither into their deposit or withdrawal issues but having a responsive support would always leave positive impressions towards the site yet you can able to get active reply from them whenever what are the issues you are experiencing on. KYC should be removed? its still on their jurisdiction,even though we dont like it but there are circumstances that we would really need to follow up.

Well, each gambling site do really have their own flaws or problems and we cant really expect a "PERFECT gambling site" which do exist on this market without any having issues in all aspects either on their service,support and other related stuff. If they do make some delays in the past maybe they would took into consideration on changing it out to straighten up on what they have done before either it would be more faster this time to make verifications.  Wink
But why the verification in the first place i don't even understand, they are not a registered casino , use a fake licence and still act as if they are real. I actually never use the support of those gambling sites where I love to play, just there wasn't a reason for that, everything just work fine and I've never had problems with any gambling site.
You may not use them now, but I am sure a time would come when they would be highly necessary. I am actually the type that always loses my confidence on a platform with no support.

One may say there may be no mistake, but the mistake eventually end up happening, and with no one to solve it quickly, sets in room for tension for the customer at that point and not a good thing for client retention at all which in this case, gradually the platform may start losing users as they migrate to a platform that gives them what they want.

To have a quick and responsive online support team is very important for any gambling site worth its salt. Normally I play on sites where you get reply from support in two hours max although they state that it can take up to 24 hours. And of course it feels great when you get the reply immediately, which happens not infrequently by the way. )
the more visitors it will be more and more who bet if it happens then the price pertaruhanpun will be up and gambling will be more interesting and competition will be more stringent.

For me having a good customer service and a a great support is one of the key features that an online casino should have  it run constantly none stop, and they should have teams working on shifts to answer the questions of the users as fast as they can, so many casinos have had really bad reviews even though they had a good functioning websites because of the slow support response.

It is most important thing that will determine if the online casino is reliable or not. You play there to win money and it would be a total chaos having disputes just to take all your winnings and there is no staff there that are willing to help you on that issue.

I'm with you on this. Customer support is always tricky business. Obviously, with money involved, customers get finnicky when support requests aren't handled immediately. Every passing day seems to trigger increasingly emotional responses and the humans on the other end of support can sometimes be turned off by impatience and lack of clarity with issues. On the other hand, I probably dislike even more those instant responses that don't seem to understand the actual issue: you get a generic tailored response that doesn't help the problem and only causes more frustration.

The best customer support probably starts with a detailed FAQ as a first line of defence. And a good customer support knows it needs trained, knowledgeable staff who know the mechanics of crypto, who know how the site works. I play at CGN too and probably have only needed to reach out once. Issue was resolved quickly and correctly (missing deposit), not many words exchanged. Works for me.

Obviously, its really very important for a casino to have a good customer support. Imagine, we don't see each other here, so its very important that your issues got resolved quickly otherwise you feel sort of 'cheated' of you lets say unable to processed your withdrawal very quick. You need someone to talk to, discuss your problems and got it resolved. That's why live chats are put into place, but I don't like support who give you generic answers or can't really help you and will put you in limbo for a few hours before they answer back with nothing.

I've had too much bad and unfortunate luck in the past (some of it documented on here) to even come close to remotely trusting some of thees operations.

But perhaps their service at one point can not meet everyone's expectations especially when so many complaints come to their table. Having an active and reachable customer support is one of the best characteristics that a casinos must have. It will ensure a customers that a certain casino/gambling site is always having a good operation resulting for comfortability and worry free activity in the site. Not just in sites but honestly all services needs a reachable and active support.

As far as my own experienced is concerned, I never experienced waiting for long time everytime Im reaching the customer support of a certain gambling site. Never did experienced a major issue in the first place so I don't know what will be the status if that is major one.

customer support is really important in any business aspects because they can handle their customer and the customer can solve the problem. customer support is a front-line of the business and I think every business must need this team so the customer will satisfy with the company. I think it's not just for the gambling site but the other sites will use too to communicate with their customer. the customer doesn't have to wait for a long time to get the answer to their problem.
