No matter the tasks are with the request for anything it is required to have fastest customer service because if you want to become the best casino, online casino,  you need to be responsive and getting there early to solve the problem because if you don’t  then the customer won’t come back and would look for another casino to play on. That’s just what happens in real life, not just in casinos. Some of the big casinos that have big names have great customer service because it is a requirement to become the best. Quality is better than just quantity.
I think some casinos will solve issues by priority wise so some issues will take a long time to resolve but players will not wait they will find another casino which will give good and fast service to the customer. nowadays people will not see how many bugs are there in your casinos they only see how fast you will respond to there queries that's why the customer support is very important for any online business.

if indeed there is a service that is good enough when there is interaction with casino users that means the site tersebuk indeed have a pretty good service but if the question and answer takes a long time to reply it useless also will only make us upset as a user.

This is very important not just in gambling sites but also for some exchanges. Customer support shows the ability of the team to resolve the problem of their users, this can be a good factor to be recognized as one of the best gambling site online because the support team is able to resolve the issues. I heard so many complains about this so I hope that those bigger exchanges and casino online focus on improving their customer service.

Having a good customer care department is important because any gambler would first like to have a chat agent online in case any problem occurs or they have any questions, good example is cloudbet, now they have a live chat feature which makes their website much better than it was earlier and really it does not take much staff to handle a few hundred gamblers either.

It's highly important, Why? This shows how does the management handles it flaws and openness to recommendations and any other concerns. Also, Customer support is a factor to evaluate the credibility of one business. If a customer support fails to provide quality work it can not only damage the business but the reputation of the owner or the developer itself.

It is most important thing that will determine if the online casino is reliable or not. You play there to win money and it would be a total chaos having disputes just to take all your winnings and there is no staff there that are willing to help you on that issue.

It's good to have, and I definitely look for it in a casino, but it doesn't make or break a casino for me. Usually, the email support of a site is good enough and I have no issue with waiting a little bit for my issues on a site to be resolved. I know of several online casinos that don't have live support but do have quick email support, and it's good enough for me personally. If the site is reputable and has fun games that I enjoy playing, I can wait for issues to be resolved.

Definitely important and paramount to the future of an online gambling casinos. Most problems that people encounter revolves around the delay of payments, technical support, bugs and lags from the system, and other related mechanics that may make or break the business. Online gambling casinos should always have a margin of error, regardless on how perfect the system is. Not to mention, if there exist such a system then people would not complain or address their issues here. Assuming that there exist a system, it should always consider that providing a live chat makes the solving the problem easier and less-complicated. Once you are in that situation wherein some bugs happen, then your only remedy is either to wait or to consult through a live-chat- which I think would be the obvious choice.

You can't completely judge a casino based on its customer support.Yea, good casinos do care about it.
But not all casinos with good support can be trusted.Look at sportsbet, they have a really good customer support, they have very active live chat.Still they can't be trusted, they are well known in holding user's funds.

Seconded with these words, 24x7 live support is appealing but high percentage people would  ask neither into their deposit or withdrawal issues but having a responsive support would always leave positive impressions towards the site yet you can able to get active reply from them whenever what are the issues you are experiencing on. KYC should be removed? its still on their jurisdiction,even though we dont like it but there are circumstances that we would really need to follow up.

That was my first thought--there's so much competition in the world of real-life casinos that none of them can get away with giving sub-par customer service, since players will just go to another casino.  I would think that online casinos would operate with the same motivation, but apparently they don't. 

It is a bit different with crypto, because real casinos can't easily be "hacked".  Yes, players can try to cheat, but the casinos spend huge sums of money for security to prevent that.  Thus online casinos have to be extra careful about who they deal with--but that shouldn't prevent them from offering exceptional customer support, and I think they all should be doing that.  Yes, it's very important and there's no excuse for any casino to not bend over backwards for the players.

I think who ever is playing in casino will first see the customer support service of that casino. As lot of time it is seen that their are lot of sites which are good but their customer support system is very poor and due to that lot of users are getting loss, because lot of in between the game the site will hang or the gambler system get problem. So to solve this all problems customer support should be very good and fast. But every big and famous site always have problem with support as they get lot of issues in ques which makes them to delay in replying the query which they get.

Lucky you, but once you experience a small/big issue that makes you need to contact support then you'll know how important they are for players. Obviously customer support is a vital thing in almost any services (not only gambling) because it is the only way for users to communicate with the admin/owner whenever they experience difficulties or issues.

Live chat is actually not really helpful IMO, as most of them are just paid agent to answer general questions about the site and they are not able to solve any issues. What they can do is just following up your issue to the one who in charge to solve the issue.

Not that really important to me as long as I can find solution to the problem that I'm facing. Most of the problems existing that the only way to solve is by contacting the support are these, withdrawals and deposit delays, verification, FAQ's. Overall, customer support is very important part of a business not only to online casino's but for majority. This gives your consumers/customers satisfaction that they are being given attention if there's something wrong or gives them inconvenience.
