The bear market will end once the dumping or panic sell stops and causing the other coins and tokens to fully recovered. Hopefully, we can see some market changes growth before 2018 ends.

If want to make profit you have to be patience.There is no profit in this situation. So holding is the only option.

Rather, the ETF announcement is waiting for the 30th September and then the price will again drop because SEC will reject the bitcoin again! So, the bear market will continue for a long time again!
