As far as gambling I'd say it could be more profitable to keep some kind of schedule or regular hours each day so you can come back fresh to it and with a good attitude. Obviously gambling can be tough to handle the rollercoaster or wins and losses so seems best to handle it evenly not go OTT on the hours for one day and over do it.

There are people just gamble for fun, but they are not addicted because they can gamble just for fun with limit compared to an addicted gambler who can't control his/herself to limit how much money they could spend or they don't have a time limit when they stop gamble.

This was proven to be the easiest way to stop a gambler from spending too much time and money and becoming addicted. Set up limits for yourself and send only small amounts to the casino. But all in all, it is better to play not more than one hour or less and doesn't use much money. Nowadays, I've become so busy that gladly it has nearly reduced my gambling to almost 1/2 a week, which for me its a massive improvement. Keeping mind and body busy really helps.

You can gamble through sports bet by just setting your bet. You don't have to stay for an hour just to execute your pick but if you are into analysis it will take time before releasing your bet depending on odds too.That's better if you are doing it with your free time, just don't do it if you are going to do something else in exchange for this activity. Usually I only place lottery bets, in 24 hours I place 4 lottery bets in different markets and it doesn't take long for me, because I only open them when placing bets and betting results.
