Usually I only place lottery bets, in 24 hours I place 4 lottery bets in different markets and it doesn't take long for me, because I only open them when placing bets and betting results.
Hope you have not got addicted to this lottery bets because even you would be knowing how many people play those bets and how many are going to win it. Just always do one thing that in the month end just total bets placed and money spend on those lottery and if any return you got it or not will give you a clear picture.

Yes it was said before many times that gambling shouldn't be used for making money.But gambling isn't a business? wrong, if you see the booming industry of gambling its one of the biggest industry in the world and capitalists are investing to gambling and knows that there's big money in it.

Total time it takes me to do this, maybe 2 hours a week. I know what I want to gamble on, doesn’t usually take me long.

Like you said, time is everything in this world and if you waste your time on things that are not that productive, when you could be using that time to do things that would at least benefit you in the long run, a time will come in your life when you will have yourself to blame for it and retracing when you have gotten to certain age already can be bad.

The longer you stay the chances of the of losing increases and it has being shown in the study as well. So people who has being winning in the start and due to greed or some other reason continue to gamble for longer duration generally ends up losing their money.

Yes, I agree that we need to make bankroll management so we can control the money at least, we can play without worry. But all in all, it is better to play not more than one hour or less and doesn't use much money. Perhaps if I can feel how to playing traditional in the casino, I think it will be different than the online gambling but the point is the same, we can lose the money no matter how long we played. I do not even spend time for online gambling even when I have time because it is almost something very boring and does not bring joy to me, I do not understand why many people can spend a lot of time for that, they are too rich and like to lose money unnecessarily or they are still delusional about something in gambling. Even those darker color schemes won't save your eyes. Leds do blink and are much brighter than your room light. I'm using special tinted glasses to read bitcointalk and a slightly larger font but it still makes my eyes tired and red after more than 3 hours. I usually spend evenings watching youtube, gambling, and writing posts at the same time. I'm scared to think what my sight will be after 10 years of this routine.

I don't think you should target time on a daily basis. You might get addicted and wouldn't be able to cope up with other activities in your life. I think a healthier routine would serve you better in the long run, and gambling may take a lot of money from you.

Excessiveness in anything can even be terrible and there should always be a time for everything. Gambling is not even something someone should be so much focused on, if they actually do not want to end up becoming addicted to it. There is always the need to stay realistic and be in control most of the time and that cannot be done when you are spending most of your time and your days in gambling and then expecting something good to come out of it when you are possibly going to be losing so much at the end anyway.

Fixation is already a sign of addiction so we can already say that someon who is spending too much time is already at some point addicted to it. We can't blame the young ones tho. Spending many hours a day playing gambling is not a new thing especially if they are playing in a real casino as they get more fun while gambling. Unlike gambling in an online casino where we need to force our eyes to watch the PC's screen, it makes our eyes very tired fast.

I have at times spent the whole day doing sports bets because I was given the opportunity to put on alot of 'free bets' and also I liked watching most of the games so didnt mind taking so long. When I say whole day just off and on I guess but I took up the whole schedule.
