Some of us spend more than 1 hours, but the other people can play in less than 1 hours because they don't think they can easily to win money. And for me, I don't spend much time on online gambling because I only want to relax and enjoy the games although sometimes I feel I have luck in that game. But I never try my luck because I am too afraid and worry if I get a loss, so I decide to play in less than 1 hours, and I think it's enough for me.
Even though it can cost lot of money for you,just need to remember that people lost millions in few minutes so if you really don't want to lose much money then you should have limits on betting.

Before I was an intense gambler but those days doesn't have crypto casino's that I can gamble with. I use go to town to town or go gamble with my relatives as long as we can but right now, I'm also doing this.

One to three hours per month. Haha !. I am not really a die hard fan of gambling and I usually do that for fun or when i have extra money for leisure. I only do it if there was an occassion or when the family wants to have fun. You see, its easy to have fun without being addicted this way. Gambling is not a must but just a place where you burn your time.

Maybe he wants to just enjoy or take some chance of gaining,but for me you are right that if he is afraid of losing then better forget betting

I spend maybe less than an hour, and it depends on how good my mood to play the game. Once before, I play for more than 1 hour, and I enjoy that time. I spend almost 100 dogecoins but I get only 30 dogecoins in dice, and although I lost, I can use my time before I take a rest. we were on the same boat as i im also playing 1 to 3 hrs per night because i was busy the whole day on my outside work as a service crew . i was pretty addicted to online gambling thinking that it can give me some extra income but sadly my expectations werent right but its okay at least i found some friends and i found a new way to entertain my self . i didnt also regret if ever i loose because my bets were only in moderation and i invest only what can i afford to loose

In 2018 i had spent less time gambling because i am working two jobs and the times i used to spend analyzing games have drastically reduced and i depend on a friend to help me predict games and the results thus far has been bizarre though. I have lost more in gambling this year than in any other year since 2015.

Correct . gambling should only be treated as a kind of entertainment to be able to enjoy and forget your problems for a while . the winnings or the profit that we can get is only an incentive for playing and should not be treated as a kind of source of primary income .
For me i only spend 3 times a week at most but if some other time that i feel busy i rarely play gambling . aside from online gambling , i also go to the casinos on our city because they are accesible and they had alot of variety of games to play with .
Most importantly , We need to have a balanced schedule to do other task and chores because that can help lessen the habit of being addicted to gambling .

Two hours of gambling must be more than enough for anyone to keep the control intact with their gambling activities. Still, some experts are suggesting less than one hour of gambling is good to keep you not vulnerable from addictions. The duration of your gambling should not be dependent on your balance money. You should wrap up your gambling activities regardless of you will be having some money unspent or not. Well you need to understand that controlling emotions is much more important than spending the time on gambling. Even if you spend 2 hrs only and in that two hours you did not play sensibly you can end up losing all of your money.
I think you should first try to control your emotions and devise the strategy on how will you react on wining or losing. Only this way you can survive here otherwise you can lose all with minutes.

The same goes for me like this guys up here. It really depends on my pocket whether I lose my pennies to bet on the game. But some times I just certainly watch over it before I play. The excitement that was given you by winning is hard to control like he said, well, who doesnt want to have more money after winning? Even just for a try you would also try a second time on it if you win not only if you really badly in need of money..
