"STAY IN THE DARK"
I think the maximum that I can spend is 2-3 hours per week because I'm not a heavy gambler. I just gamble when I feel stressed and use only a small amount so that I don't feel any regret if I lose my money since in gambling, there is a high chance that you get lost. Gambling has no certainties too. Its only a possibility and the chance that you can win on it is very very low that is why most gamblers tend to lose their money.
Reasonable time for a common man,and you knows exactly what you need to do while gambling and why you were gambling if all the people tend to know why they need to gamble and understand about winning and losing in gambling then most of them will not lose their money and their future.

Spend less time now in gambling compared to the way it used to be.  I could remember that then I will seat down from 8pm to around 1am gambling and betting and most time lose heavly and some times win heavily.

That is really great.

There are a lot of gamblers out there that is having a hard time making their distance to gambling. Gambling is really addicting, as a proof a lot of people that experienced gambling can say that they can be addicted to it even though they are new as long as they've experienced winning. I do gamble but I don't spend much of my time gambling.

I was just thinking how much time people spend on gambling sites on a daily basis? I bounce back and forth between work

and household activities, but in my spare time, I like to chill with a beer in hand and doing some casual gambling. I do this

while watching TV, so it is part of my entertainment time.  Wink  Do you think, time spend on gambling is linked to gambling

addiction? Let's discuss this.  Wink

Edit : If you spend less than 1 hour on gambling, please chose option 1.  Wink

There are much time who spend A LOT of time in gambling. I remember myself waking up early and sleeping late because I was watching sports that I would like to bet at all day. However, I don't think that this is something that can make you a profit. If you spend a lot of time you are going to lose a lot of money eventually. This is how it works. It is a good way of entertainment though.

I don't really gamble everyday because I'm too afraid of developing a gambling addiction. I've used to have a gambling addiction but I shruged it off when I started to play more games like CS:GO or other shooters to keep me off gambling.
Like @boyptc said, once you start gambling for a longer time, the easier it is to develop a addiction to gambling.

People always say only gamble what you can afford to lose but can you really follow that guideline? Considering most addicted gamblers are poor people, they always chase their losses.
It's always easier to say it than to do it, because once you are addicted, you try to put every money you get back into gambling and then look for a way to recover or worse even try to profit in the end.
I won't get tired of telling that to those gamblers that are in the curiosity period. I'm sure that many can't follow the advice but the most important thing is that we did our part of warning them.

I was once in that situation too so I understand each hardship that the new ones will go through.

a few hours of the week. I occasionally gamble. This is not my hobby. Some matches, or a few bets for the game. I also rarely win, but I don't lose too much money
You're still in a good state that you don't mind too much with gambling. Just keep it going and you'll not going to the point of addiction just see to it that you can monitor yourself.

There are stories like yours before and they are confident to say that they really don't gamble at all but in the end of it, when they have a lot of spare time they put it to gamble and that's the start of their story on how they became addicted.
Once I entered into gambling I do not know how much we can spend on cash you know because it is more interesting and more fun factored field gambling that's why time is not a big matter for The Gambler.
For me time is a big factor for gamblers. If you spend most of your time in gambling, you're dwelling to it and soon you are likely to become an addicted gambler.

And if you don't know how much you can spend in gambling, you don't create any plan before gambling which is a bad thing IMO. Before gambling, make sure that you're only going to gamble what you afford to lose.
I think I cannot do that, spending a lot of time in gambling gives me a higher risk, I do not want to get addicted again
that's why now I allocate my time on a more productive activity, like educating myself to my improve my skills in order to be successful in trading.
If you don't want that to happen, moderate your gambling activity and don't focus more with gambling. Spend time with some other things and dedicate only few time when you gamble.

If you will become consistent to that, I guarantee you that you're just going to gamble for fun most of the time.

Well, it is good for you since you are not focusing on gambling. There are some people there that are doing gambling all day or most of the day and they can't call it a day without gambling. We're the same. I don't usually gamble since I don't have many funds for gambling. I only gamble if I only have extra money and I gamble only once or twice a week I think.

gambling has just become rampant nowadays, its like every person isnt normal if they are not gambling, but me, im just gambling for quite some time, enough to get a profit for it or if ever losing, im losing for the amount of what can i afford to lose.

I mostly gamble any time of the day as i prefer online gambling which is avaible 24/7 and i can do gambling with my ease and comfort.

As far as it is concerned on how many hours a day i gamble, it depends on my position on daily basis. If i win first few games them i play for much longer time while if i lost in the begining i quit for the way with a hope to have better luck next day.

I barely spend more than half an hour if you want to have an average time from me. I always try to not get addicted to gambling because of two reason. One is- I do not have a lot of money and second is- I do not have a lot of time to spend with it. I have my real life job.

I also spend only 20 to 30 mins on gambling because i only come up with limited amount in gambling. Once that amount is spent i just go out.  In case of loss, the money is finished and in case of win, i take the profits and do not gamble on the same day again.

If you consider it and play just for fun then it is fine as you are in your limits. Also try to gamble as much as less possible as you generally lose money so instead one can invest the same in this crypto market and make some money from it.

The important thing is you have a limit in the amount of money you spend in gambling. how many hours do you play as long as you
follow the plan like with a limit to the amount of capital that you have applied. so that is not a problem

Of course the mind can change at any time especially if we encounter financial problems that require a quick solution. Sometimes gambling will be the only way someone take, and if it fails, a feeling of revenge will arise and make someone fall deeper. Even though we gamble, never make it a means to solve our financial problems.
