Most of the weeks I spend only 1 hour to gamble. Only for certain events or competition (like wimbledon or other tennis competition) I can spend also 6 hour in a day (but it worth )

I dont gamble every day, or even every other day for that matter but when i do i usually spend 5-8 hours in a session. put on some music in the background or a youtube vid and just casually bet with low stakes trying new strategies while chatting away in chat.

I actually am not spending more than maybe a few minutes while playing the Stake's Telegram Challenge but not sure if I should consider it as gambling as there is no required bet amount lol
I spent very few minutes in a day with online gambling. Yesterday I played five dices and I win three. I don't put much interest in it but just focusing on writing articles on cryptocurrencies. I see gambling as quickest way to both lose and make money.

I only spend 1 to 2 hours of gambling but not on a daily basis, this is a safe threshold do I will not become so addictive to gambling, bounty hunting and trading are still get the big slice of my time online and I am not looking to extend my allocated hours to gambling.
yes, this method is indeed more organized to be able to visit gambling sites so that you don't become addicted to gambling. spending 1 to 2 hours to gamble is very appropriate to do, but if every day we do it even though only half an hour playing in it, of course without us realizing that gambling addiction is inherent in us and of course if we are used to doing it will be difficult to avoid .

I think I use around 2 or 3 hours, sometimes more, each day on gambling activity. Gambling is a great way to spend some free time, I like to see football statistic so I can pick some good matches to bet money on. I also like casino games and times really flies when playing casino.
It depends when i am in a mood to gamble because sometimes i spend 3-4 hours of playing in a crypto casino if i am having some winning streak, but if i feel i am in bad luck or not in a mood to gamble i usually play only for 1 hour. Well I just actually spend 2 hrs on gambling during my spare time, just to entertain myself. I spend around 2-3 hours a day and No matter if i get a winning streak or a losing streak, I strive to play for at least 2 hours everyday. Its not a matter of losing or winning for me but rather more of the thrill and enjoyment i can get from risking it all in games. That's already enough to be entertain in gambling, I also spend less time in gambling but much time in trading and participating in the forum.
It help us to stay discipline as too much gambling could lead to addiction and personally I don't want to be in that situation again.

Coming on the topic, i never count on how much time i spend daily on playing gambling. Sometimes i do not play for few days, if i have lost money and have no more money to play with. My playing time depends upon the money actually.
