I am of the same opinion. Gambling shouldn't take more that 1-2 hours per day, otherwise it can become a strong addiction which is not good.

I am glad that now I can reduce my time in gambling games and I can play gambling in less than 30 minutes. I also don't gamble in every day because I want to prevent myself from becoming addicting in gambling, so I still hold myself to continue playing in the next game. I know that is difficult because the passion for continuing the games is always there, and without having strong self-control, I cannot prevent myself to quit for gambling.

It depends when i am in a mood to gamble because sometimes i spend 3-4 hours of playing in a crypto casino if i am having some winning streak, but if i feel i am in bad luck or not in a mood to gamble i usually play only for 1 hour. Correct, it are the heights of the bets most of the times that takes it part if you plan a long evening and you go bust after a few times of betting. Keep it under control is the best way to go. Me, my kind of game does not really requires a lot of money, sometimes I tried to play dice but I still end up losing.

I don't play gambling games daily and spending my time on online gambling games because everything depends on my profit from trading alternatives coins, if i have got alot of profit i will use about $10-20 for gambling games usually i used about 1 hour weekly to play gambling games and 1 hour weekly to build assets related with gambling games in cryptocurrencies space. You gotta have a great job where you have a high salary if you have enough time to gamble 3 hours a day. I get it that it's for relieving stress but there are way better and faster methods to do that in less than 30 minutes and you don't even have to spend money for that. I suggest you to think about this because you are spending quite a lot of time with gambling even though you probably don't notice that since time is running so fast when gambling.

Yeah that is great to know, you are spending three hours a day gambling and you really think that you are not an addict 
. Are you telling that you are visiting the sites just for the air drops or just straight up gambling, if it is the former then you are not an addict and if it is the latter, it is time you consult someone Earlier i used to gamble but now a days i rarely do that, once in a while if there is a good sporting event that i watch, then i might place a bet.

If you are not an addict to gambling you will not spent 3 hours in a day to play gambling. Can you understand what addicted mean? An addict is when someone cannot leave the habit every day, which mean he will do the same thing every day. I guess if you did gambling everyday and it was include as an addict although you didn't spent lots of money for it. 
As for me, I spend around 2-3 hours I guess, it actually depends on the trend of the game, if i’m on a winning streak it would take almost 3 hours but if I started on a losing streak and I realize i’m not recovering anything then it would be an hour or less every day in the past but now i’m trying to control myself and do it only on my rest days about 2-3 days a week with maximum time spent of 1-2 hours. I tried to keep it under control now to minimize my losses.
