Probably just an hour. It's because I don't want to pay too much time in gambling as I feel less control on the next hour due to difficulty in handling my control/emotion.

Moderation is the key to resist gambling addiction because within the period a gambler spent on gambling determine the possibility of such gambler to be addicted or not. Most of the time I spent just 50minutes on gambling nothing more.
A very nice way to control your gambling activity.

It does not mean that we have to spend all our time in gambling because it's called entertainment, we have to understand
that with this form of entertainment, the risk associated is also high, as long as we will not get greedy, we will always experience a real entertainment.
I think that's what should matter most, the control and no matter how much you can afford, if you are not consistent and just go with the flow, you might get full of emotion and wouldn't be able to control totally of yourself. As a human being, I think being greedy is a natural thing and people may get ahead of themselves. That's why I would still choose control over anything when gambling.

3 hours a week should be enough(for me). Anything more than that is not a good use of time. Anyone with addiction problem shouldn't even spend too much time gambling on the Internet or offline
I think that if you start spending more hours at gambling, it can lead to social isolation and can really make you ill at ease. In addition, one should only gamble if one knows and understands the way it should be done. So normally if you start spending more than one hour a day, it is considered as a sign of addiction. Better keep a balance. Gambling only when you have the mindset to gamble and win.

I usually spend 1-2 hours only in gambling because I have not that much time and money to gamble. I don't want to be addicted in gambling and I don't want to spend many money in gambling. I'm only gambling when I'm stressed because I only gamble for fun only.  I only gamble in sports like basketball that is why I spend less time only in gambling.

I was just thinking how much time people spend on gambling sites on a daily basis? I bounce back and forth between work

and household activities, but in my spare time, I like to chill with a beer in hand and doing some casual gambling. I do this

while watching TV, so it is part of my entertainment time.  Wink  Do you think, time spend on gambling is linked to gambling

addiction? Let's discuss this.  Wink

Edit : If you spend less than 1 hour on gambling, please chose option 1.  Wink

I just do spend 2-3 hours a day in playing online gambling because that was just my empty hours and I am stressed out everyday due to the lots of work in office as well in home so entertaining myself through playing gambling is one of my stress reliever to manage my tireness from an all day work while lying on my comfy bed or couch just to have a comfortable position where I can rest while I am playing. Basically, I am playing into an online casino which I am currently into playing variety of their games just to keep myself entertained as well enjoying their welcome bonus for doing my first deposit.

With that span of time, I can already take a nap with that. Well, it is just normal because I have already tried playing gambling but not in an online manner in which games are really taking that long specially when the intensity is there and you are striving that hard to win. In my case 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hour is enough for me to play. But if ever I have tried getting into that online casino you were saying, maybe I will also take that long because of the variety of games you were saying.

Probably just an hour. It's because I don't want to pay too much time in gambling as I feel less control on the next hour due to difficulty in handling my control/emotion.
Good for you, knowing your weakness and admitting it will make you enjoy gambling.
That's also minimizing the risk, our emotion will likely affect our mood in gambling and the longer we play the more we get frustrated especially if we are losing.

If everyone could control their emotion in gambling, of course sad stories could be reduced. However, as we know, a person's level of satisfaction in carrying out activities is not the same. One can achieve a level of satisfaction in the short term, an hour for example. But there are also many people who are lulled by gambling and are able to spend most of their time in gambling.
That's because they don't focus on things that could give them real benefit.

I would not focus a lot in gambling, from the very start, I already understand the risk and therefore it helps me to play it right.
Spending time in gambling is only making yourself vulnerable, we should have proper time management and instead focus it to our job or whatever passion we have that could improve us as a person, gambling is not a passion.

It completely depends on the match time. If it is football I'll be there till the end of the match. Same is with tennis and cricket. With these I've lost big than earning as the predictions won't get closer everytime if our expectation is to make a bigger and bigger earning through simple techniques.

Actually, an hour a day isn't too long if you are just gambling for entertainment. 15 minutes difference with his and yours gambling play time? I don't see that much difference with that short period of time.

Playing gambling more than 1 hour can cause you to become addicting, and there is no best advice for you except to stop playing gambling as soon as possible, no matter if you still have the money or not, just quit the game. You can try in the next day or the next week and don't try to play in every day because the chance for you to attract deeper into the gambling games will be wide open, and it will make you feel hard to leave the games itself.

I think that it is fair and also too much for some people.
I would like to ask you how do you handle your winning streak. For example, let's say that you are losing your funds for the first 45 minutes and then you start recovering steady and slow. When you are around 1 hour you still haven't recovered all your initial amount of betting. Do you still continue to gamble or do you stop because you are afraid of being addicted?

Even in my opinion there are some player those who gamble for a whole day, I think 1 hour is not a long time depending on the time you have, the amount of money and the techniques you play. the most important thing is to use funds allocation, just in case you can't stop playing

An hour is too long for me, and I am sure that I will lose money. The longest I play gambling was about 45 minutes, but I don't always click the roll button, and I will break for 30 seconds before I continue because it makes my tension increase hahaha. But indeed, I enjoy playing gambling although I can't win much money.

That's good, emotion takes the big influence when you are inside the gambling house, the fear of losing makes you more aggressive when you suffer one, as you wants to recover quickly and forget about your bankroll, most of the time when you already lose control with yourself gambling brings stress to your life.

Best to have this mindset and just play for fun and some relaxations.
I think it comes in combinations, with the mind and the heart. Emotions and overthinking. Both could get you profit or losses. It’s like they are working together to make you play more, no matter what makes you rational, you might ignore it. I know that because I have experienced that also. More stress is happening and making you more anxious. Taking minimum amount of time might improve your chances of profiting, I think.

I don't gamble now. I used to when I was younger. Tossing coins, playing cards, betting and sometimes lottery but now I totally stopped everything. I've realized that from all those games I used to spend time with and enjoyed I never really brought money home as I can remember but I lose a lot so I got tired of everything and thought "what am I wasting my time and money there for"? so I stopped.

Seems like I've read that mostly gamble because of the stress that they have feeling while working with their day jobs.

And for the link you have included to your post, I'm not very familiar with that site. Is that a link shortener or the actual link for that casino you are playing?
