You are right, spending too much in gambling makes you annoyance and possible out of control your emotion in gambling.
I think 1 hour is just enough in gambling, but I admitted here that when weekends come I will spend in gambling for almost 2 hours or more.
I think those people are now addicted to gambling.

Who knows may be you end up gambling winning at the end, it seems you are not having good interest in gambling because you are not spending good time and enough time for gambling at the same time you are not sure about yourself that you can win at the end, don’t underestimate your abilities and gamble with confidence.

When i gamble i spent only 2 hours, because this is the best time while having a past time and to have fun in gambling. Its enough already and sure that you wont become addicted. Just think that it dont need to gamble in long time.

I only spent around 1-2 hours every 2 days in gambling.
I don't want to spend many hours in gambling because I know already that I will end up in losing all of my money.

I am player in dice, even i bet on sports betting but i can't play poker, it is out of my mind. I tried it to play but i was fail in poker, that's why i left it and i think someone who expert in poker, they are very genius gambler, may be i am not.

Well, I haven't been gambling for some time, after doing repeated losses i just discontinued it. When i used to play, i usually spent several hours per day on gambling.

6+ hours is too long for you because I cannot imagine how much you will lose and win. I think it's good if you can spend 3-4 hours per day, but you need to be careful because you will get addicted to gambling and I hope that you know that. I do also play sports bets along with casino games or in short i diversify my bankroll on them because i feel badluck and loose if i only stick on one gamblimg game but i notice that i can win oftenly if i play 3 or more games no matter how much i bet . playing gambling with freinds is also a good idea to create s strong bond/relation between them aside from playing video games and sports . just dont play for the profit because they were your friends , you should feel guilty if you play that way .
