I know some people know about bitcoin in some part in the country but there people didn't know about bitcoin in the world maybe 15% to 20% in the world are doing bitcoin and 85% to 80% are the people didn't know bitcoin. Maybe in the future people in the world will know about bitcoin as our future currency.

I see in my countries and in my company, a year a go no one told any thing about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, but at the end of last year, Television, Newspaper and the main chatting of Everybody were all about Crypto, when BTC hit ATH price. They regrets about missing a change-life opportunity, and said how could they earn from this market. But this time they say they lost all of their money

It is really hard to guess the number of people who know about bitcoin around the world. I believe that there are lots of users already and a lot of people who heard about it but only few gave their interest. In our country, there are lots of people here who heard of bitcoin in news and different ads but only few of them believed it.
In my country not many people know about bitcoin. because bitcoin not legal in my country. so that why people don't know about bitcoin.
Yes the percentage of knowing people about bitcoin was very low it is because of the trust about bitcoin is still very low so the people are don’t judge it is not right decision bitcoin is one of the life changer we can use it now for our good future.

I think there are around 40% of people worldwide who knows about Bitcoin and other digital currencies because based on my family, most of my family members know about it. And even my relatives from other countries knows Bitcoin as well, in fact I have an uncle who is currently residing in Sweden have a friend who says he was going to put up a project somewhat like an ICO based in Sweden.

Bitcoin became popular when its price swings up by 2013. By then, many people know bitcoin already but most of them don't know what it is. Maybe they are not interested because it is not their usual currency to use for.
Maybe 20% of the total population in the world knows bitcoin but some of them is not yet interested because they really don't know what it is but they heard it most of the time.

I don't know how many people around the world know about bitcoin. And yup i think its only 10 or 15% i guess. The most common source of information about bitcoin is through websites, and not all can access the computer/gadgets or internet, and that's one of the many reasons why there are only small number of people who are aware about it. Just like for example here on the island where i live, only 10 out of 100 persons know or heard about bitcoin. And most of those people are the young ones (mostly students). Young ones spend most of their time in front of computer or other gadgets surfing the internet. Some are hesitant to learn or know what a bitcoin is because of the news that they heard that its a scam, even if its not. From that 10-15%, i think only 10% knows a lot about bitcoin, and the rest is just starting to learn about it. What's sad about this is that, some of them see bitcoin as a source of income, but the real reason behind its development is to make transactions fast and easy with the aid of the blockchain technology, and some doesn't even care about it, because they only focus their selves on earning or gaining big profit.

I know, that not more than 5 percent of the world's population. Very few people have invested in cryptocurrencies, so we are still very far from the bubble. Capitalization is still very small.

If you're asking the percentage of people in the world who know what bitcoin is, I would estimate: maybe around 20 million users and it will continue to grow by year to year!!

In my own statistic computation,i thinks 30% of all population in the whole world ,knows about bitcoin and 70% of them is not knows or need to educate of what is this cryptocurrency investment,and what is the purpose of this in our economic growth.actually why this the result of my comparatio,because not at all over the world is benefited this kind of new technology,because there are some country like those who belong in the third world nation,is given a chance to have there own digital currency bussiness.

i don't know if how many people in this world know about bitcoin,because some people hate bitcoin because they do not know what is bitcoin all about,mostly in our country is one of the many people know bitcoin,i ask my friends in USA about bitcoin they still don't know bitcoin so how can we count on it.if the others don't know what is bitcoin.

Imo it is hard to calculate that but for me it is around only 10% of all population. Crypto is future so that amount will only grow and hopefully in 2025 it will be around 50%. To hard to calculate really since theirs no accurate statistic which can point out the real numbers of crypto users around the world, But for me I really think that we are on few percentage interms of adoption since if you look at your neighborhood and ask about bitcoins and crypto's for sure they will turn you down since they doesn't know about the crypto technology.
More people talk about bitcoin now. As it is also the future of money so one day the whole world is destined to discover about bitcoin.
Maybe this time half of it just isn't there, but the longer I think it will be more and more people will begin to be interested in this field and began to join.
Everyday bitcoin popularity is increasing, well i don't know how many people know about bitcoin but i'm sure that it will not reach half of the population all over the world there's still a lot of countries that is undeveloped and even those countries that is well develop with technology is not well informed with bitcoin, but someday i know that bitcoin will be known all over the world.
...It's possible! bitcoin is always increasing of its popularity because of people who had knowledge already and I think they are able to tell anyone who are close in relationship like; family, friends, neighbors and love ones. But to those other people in every country who have undeveloped with technology they are the lack of knowledge about bitcoin. I guess it is possible to be known in the world, if everyone is interested.
Since there is no legal framework yet for Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, we don't have the statistics yet regarding the people who have information about Bitcoin. However, considering the data of Bitcoin exchange websites, I don't think that more than 10% of world's population knows about Bitcoin at this stage but thanks to media and price rally that people are now searching about Bitcoin on the internet.
I often see a lot of social media accounts discussing about bitcoin nowadays as compared to the past, so I would say the users in the bitcoin community have surely grown up in numbers, and this is actually good for the development of bitcoin in the long term.
