- There are professional gamblers " The betting expert ": they are people who live on sports betting, they study hard and earn profits that allow them to live on sports betting.
I would add professional poker players to this category. Until recently I was thinking that only poker pros were those who win thanks to their skills, but I was wrong. Indeed there are sports betting experts who win much more than an average bettor. But you can't exclude poker pros from this category, right?
- There are aggressive gamblers: they are people who place high value bets because they expect to become rich. These are the people most likely to become addicted to games.
Absolutely. Even aggressive poker players become addicted, and lose big amounts because of that, and it also happens to sports bettors, let alone gamblers in other fields which are more addictive than poker and sports betting.
Aggressive gamblers even if they won millions of dollars they will not stop playing. the chance of moderate and professional players earning millions are little and even if they win millions they will not lose their heads by placing high bet to lose all their money.
I can't agree more on this. And we can conclude that being a moderate player, not only saves you from big losses, but also saves you from losing your big wins right away.
