I am not sure about others but I will stop if won a certain amount of money. But I believe 50% gamblers will stop gambling and 50% gamblers will continue even after big win. Because those is already addicted they will play sure, can't leave gambling. Also I believe even some rich people still gambling because of their habit or want to spent funny time on gamble. Those people will leave perhaps they would busy with some other job due to fear of loss again. And it's better to stop after win a good amount and do something in real life business, so they will not have to worry anymore for future losses from gambling.

Or maybe when you have nothing.

And I think this is normal for a lot of gamblers. To be honest, no matter how big their winnings and losses are, they would continue to gamble no matter what. Some say it is for the entertainment but I know deep inside them it is about the money. I mean who would not say that it is not about the money. Even though I am not addicted to gambling, I would really gambling for money, though that would be really impossible to win in my case.

My strategy is when I win huge money and felt that I need to stop then I will then spend my winnings to buy something I want like food or anything. If the opposite happen and I lose, I don't feel anything since from the start I put my mind already that I will be ok if I lose that funds Cheesy

. Gambling isn't a way to get rich for me but a way to enjoy and since I see gambling as a way to be enjoyed, I'd rather play online games than spending time in gambling.

That's what I do too, only my bets are rather fractions of a dollar, so, yeah, losing it can't be a problem. I still can win big because sometimes I play slots and mines, and some huge payouts are theoretically possible there. But I don't think I'd stop gambling completely after winning a big amount because I enjoy the process very much. It helps me to relax and to do my job more effectively afterwards. Even if someone told me, "I'm giving you $10k so that you won't gamble again ever", I'd think a lot before cutting a deal, and I'd probably refuse.

Having said how much money needs to stop gambling? humans never get contended on what we have, we always keep on getting what we dont have, its in our nature, even if a person have everything there will be always something that he or she will be missinh or want, but will never stop because thats what we are, so if you give a person lots of money he will still want more

I do not need an amount of money to win to stop gambling. It is all in my decision and desire. If I desire to quit gambling or to continue gambling, it does not need any winnings to decide for it. It is us who decides not the money we won or lose. They are just tools for gambling, any action we made is decided by us.

In my case, Yes, As long as I can have the money that can be used for the rest of my life then Yes I will be likely to quit gambling and just do whatever I can with the money I have, besides there are so many things to do with money especially when you already have a house, car and other things that is basically needed in a person's life.
