To the maximum it can go till the bottom value of $350, not less, because the price of bitcoin started from the value around 350$ - 375$.
Now it quite stable above 400$, so now there is very minimal chance (or zero chances) that it move beneath 400$.
I believe this must be the right time for bitcoins to cross 450 and then hopefully 500$.

350$ is very less amount. I cant see its going anywhere below 400 Dollars either.

Maybe after halving, it can go to $200 , if it has a lot of pressure of selling all and buying none.

Not sure what makes you think we may fall back to $200 prices, but it will not happen just because people are selling the coins that they bought before the block halving. Sure, it will have some impact on the price, but people will only sell if they see the price has increased quite a bit. If the price falls back to todays price levels, people will simply wait again till the price goes up. They won't be dumping the price down that low.

The bitcoin rice will never go to $200 again for longer than a week. If it goes to $200, it is a dead coin.

This will come to the market when the price is too high and some traders think that it wont go any on that current price.

I think after bitcoin has reach its peak when the halving it over it will be down for 200-300 dollar then that will be the new price.

But usually we can not predict the market of bitcoin trading. Because some buyer will come with huge buying pressures like buying for some million dollars worth of Bitcoins.

I don't think bitcoin will go down too much. I can see a stable range for several months with remarkable bullish trend,  so I am convinced that an interesting pump is near to come, perhaps when time is closer to the halving time.
I also think that way. I feel bitcoin will not go down very far, and until now the price is still stable. a lot of information that says that bitcoin prices will go up, but we do not know if it was really going to happen or not. other than that today there are no triggers that make the bitcoin prices plummeted.

Yes it make go down maybe 10-30$ and that is a good downward price for bitcoin as it is not that much if it goes by 100$ or more then that is alarming to much.

If the SegWit is implement in the next four weeks, the price will go higher. If it is not, the price will be lower.

That is right. The price is still around $420. It dropped from $428 to $418 and is hovering around this level for some time.

I dont think it will go down. You see now that the value is a bit stable so that is good. You never know of course for what is going to happen with Bitcoin.
But you can see now that the price is also rising a bit and that is good for those people who made already an investment.

The price of bitcoin is very stable at the moment. It is just consolidating after big rise last year. It will rise again later this year.

Ok,  But maybe it will rise a little before due to halving.

I say at most it can increase again by another $50 max?

I dont see why it would keep going up before the halving either.

This thread was made last december when the price almost touched the $400.. But it holds its position til new year, only that cryptsy hacking came in and mike starts his drama which both pull the price further below at around $350+, But then, the price just bounce back after a few weeks and here it is now...
Those factors did effect the price going down. It has since recovered and is clearly going up from the high of $425 in the early start of the new year. From $418 last night it is getting closer to that high now as it is $423 now. So it is happening people. Near that high and going beyond.

yeah, now it is not the time for bitcoin to go down, but it is the year of halving and bitcoin is preparing for the halving and the price is on its way to raise. the whole year of 2016 i think it will go rising to the top.

it breached the $400 dollar mark to go down below, but I think the $350 would be very tough to pass thru, so I guess price would only be at $350 and go up again.. That would be the lowest that I could think...  Smiley

I can't think of a reason of why the price will come back down to around $350 as the price is holding strong at current level. I find it more likely to see the price go back to $390-$399 than down to $350. Right now the support at $350 looks fair, but it can change as soon as the price comes down a lot. Bots and traders will pull back their buy orders.

Yes over a long time the price is stable, So don't think that it will even go down of this. Price increase can be seen from the current value. If there is a sudden increase trade will get increased which will release accumulated coins.
It wont be that much down. You can see now that the value is slowly rising and that is very good for those who made already an investment.
I hope that more people will get some profit later in the future. But it is hard to predict a currency.

I think the bottom will be around $350. The $300 or below is the price we will never see again in the long term.
