When I first invested my money in several projects, I quite often checked CoinmarkeCap, however now due to falling prices, I also began to check them often agaun..
During bull market i never check coinmarketcap because i am always online on binance during bulls. During bear market maybe i can check 1 time per 3day. Because i dont like to see dumping prices and it can be very painful for us. So when i feel some pain in telegram and if people started to yelling etc in telegram that time i am checking coinmarketcap and i can see the truths .
I used to check coinmarketcap several dozen times a day, but now I use another site where there is a full schedule and all sorts of tools
For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now. 
heheh, this kind of habit is too addictive. i always did it everyday and checking also each market the new coins added and gainers. but sometime its sad to see those youre hold before that has a positive outcome. i feel regretting.
I will check it every day to get the latest prices of my all holdings and it gives us the trend signal of the market. This site is very helpful for day traders as its data updated continuously.
Like 2 times per day, but I prefer to check my Okex application on mobile,because it is faster and I don't need to know price of multiple low cap coins, just some of those I make trades

I don't have many coins here and being new in the bounty market I am still waiting for all my coins to get a value, I only have three coins so far and I haven't look at their price for a week now, it's a long-term coins for me will just check it more often when the bull run comes.

see what s happened in social tab and how much capitalisation is.
CMC very useful tool and i m glad we have this tool for our work.

Very rarely check directly on coinmarketcap because now there is a helper android application to check the price of coins at any time, I got from a friend's article some time ago about this. really really helped me when I was out of reach of my computer
