After I installed the Blockfolio and FinTab to track my cryptocurrency portfolio, I check Coinmarketcap only when I need to find out on which exchange an alcoin is traded, that is, no more than once every 2-3 days.
I check it every day or every other day. There were times when I checked it multiple times a day but I honestly think it's no good for mental health.
In this bear prolonged bear market, i find that for my own sanity, its best to leave things like CMC, blockfolio and the likes alone. Of course its incredibly important to keep an eye on these things. Last year, i would say i used to check on a daily basis but as this year hasn't been great, i found myself checking less and less and now i just don't bother anymore unless, i'm jumping on a completely new investment.
I used to do so, now I try to go less often, I do not need these extra experiences:) it is Better to leave the exchange alone and wait for growth
I check CoinMarketCap 3-5 times every day as this is the most convenient way to keep track of the cryptocurrency price.

I mainly deal with bounty and investing in the purchase of cryptocurrencies. Therefore, it is enough for my tasks to visit the site once a day. Although during the period of sharp price changes I can visit the site much more often in order to accurately control the dynamics and current trends.

Personally i check coinmarketcap at least once per day. Usually in the morning an evening to see if there are any price changes.

Wow, you must be really dedicated to doing crypto if you are visiting that website 5 times a day. I only visit the website about 1 time a week. 
Everyday im check coinmarketcap because i have a lot of coins in on different exchanges and it's very convenient to watch their price on coinmarketcap
I try to see what the coins are doing in coinmarketcap everyday though I forget to do that sometimes. For the last 10 months, I have checked Coinmarketcap, at least five times a day. That is quite a lot! I only check it once per day to get the top 10 coin price updates.
Actually i was looking everyday coinmarketcap and binance. But after some time i feel i am really nervous because of that. only i am checking everyday and everyhour. so after some time i decide to i shouldnt open and looking price always. so these days i am looking only telegram. if we have some huge pump and dump i feel that news with telegram groups.
Once in a while; like once a week. If I receive new bounty token which I think has a great future, then I check "Recently Added" section of CMP. It is because we are still in bearish market and I don't feel like checking such websites very often.
