I myself often check CoinMarketCap because it can be a benchmark for me in monitoring my coin price movements so I can anticipate the worst possibilities and also when I want to make a profit.

I don't really check coin market cap so often.
I check like once in 2weeks especially when this dump has been so constant.
A lot of things has not been so encouraging,I check if I need to know if some of my tokens are now on exchange.

I usually check it multiple times a day to monitor the movement of the top coins especially my favorite ones so that I know what to do with them if it is time to dump it or continue hodling it.

The first thing I do when I wake up is to see the prices or value of the alts, and I also check before I go to sleep. I developed this habbit and I think it will continue. When I have a free time, I usually check it frequently. You can say that I'm just into crypto.

Everyday actually when its my day off almost everyhour since I also do trading during these days. Checking CMC for me is like setting my mood in that day. If my Coin/token is pumping it would be a great day but if its red well you know what will happen  Smiley I am planning to hodl a coin/token for a long term and my choices are XLM, XRP, and IOST. Currently holding INS, any suggestions on those options? So that after picking the best one I'll probably forget checking the price for months.

I used to be very frequent with checkin  for the latest on price movement, was addictive,so I had to look for a way to avoid such. I got downloaded the Blockfolio app, it helps me keep track at a quick glance without checking CMC, and takes me less than a minute to do

I'm also the same bro. there isn't even a day unless I check prices on the coinmarketcap site. because I also don't want to miss when the coin price that I have has gone up. if I go up and get a profit I will sell it.

For me it has been nearly everyday once for years now.  Grin
I check it everyday because I want to know if my profits is gaining also I always check the market if there's coin that great to buy that day. And I think almost crypto user is always checking the coinmarket because they want to know if there's pump.

I used to check CoinMarketCap website very frequently, but after I met blockfolio, I started to look blockfolio, instead of coinmarketcap. But of course, it is always good to check it for me, because I can see the prices clearly with this way.

I will exaggerate it into every hour. I am always checking the price since I am to curious about the market movement where I could have an idea which coin I will choose.

To be honest I constantly reload charts and coinmarket cap isn't an exlusion . At least 10 times per day I look at charts and I have nothing to do with it

As I am also a bounty hunter and a trader, I mostly check the coinmarket and other market analysis every day. In one day, I can check the CMC more than 5 times of course. This is only to ensure how the progress of the market at that time. It will help me to decide what should I do.

Too much to be honest. At least 10 times a day. I wish I would have a second monitor on top of existing one, so I could see "live" price movements instead of checking the website all over again. Maybe someday!  Grin

I used to look at American and European stock markets. now I'm completely focused on coinmarketcap. and some of the coins involved in this are in the exchange markets. in the last 3 years my life has changed.  Cool

I don't see any reason why one should keep checking CMC all the time, even as a trader, I find it hard to check CMC, unless I am searching for an info on a particular coin.

When you are too close to CMC, you are liable to have heart attack
