I check it sparingly. I do not check coinmarketcap regularly as well. It makes me nervous checking it. Am a long term investor and I do not like checking the price regularly
I have already got into the habit of checking the CMC every morning, although I rarely make any conclusions after learning the coinmarketcap

I do not browse the CoinMarketCap site often. When there is free money for investment, I look through, analyze and decide whether to invest or not. Basically I go to the site CoinMarketCap 3-4 times a week.

Yes, I very often check out coinmarketcap and I check it every day. I checked the website because I kept doing monitoring to coins that I currently hold. And I can see the growth of BTC and the ETH. So we can find out the price changes every day in the case.
I installed it on my cellphone so it was easy to see it, but in my spare time I came back to see the price of the coin, sometimes I wanted to watch it for a long time but I didn't stop seeing. Every day I saw many times, maybe more than 5 times a day.
I go there once a day except Sundays because it's the day to rest especially my mind. It's funny because I don't check the btc price there but only the gainers and losers. I'm pretty confident that bitcoin is very strong enough to be not checked by me or to be not worried about at all.

I do like Coin Market Cap but it does not go as minute as I wish. I really like trading view as you can adjust the graphs to anywhere you like. Plus you can choose, 1min, 5min, 15min, 1hour, 12hour, 24hr, 1week, 1year or w.e. typ of candlesticks.
I also look at the CoinMarketCap table as needed to see the rates of my other coins and tokens. The site is very useful and I rely on it. 
How often coinmarketcap is viewed will always depend on the intent of the user as it varies from their usage, for instance a trader will always look at the website hourly to check potential coins to trade, while others check daily to see if the token that they are hodling has gone up and ready to be sold.

I use coinmarketcap to chose coin because their list is very good and recommended. Second thing is I need information about coins symbol and exchange to start trading, many exchange and I don't have valid data about it. Coinmarketcap help me about information and as bounty hunter can solve my emotion about " zonk " coin. This site is very good as basic step before replace your money, see it and good luck to you.
I don't check coinmarketcap that often now, last year when I was still active in crypto I always open it several times a day but right now maybe only once or twice a week. I use delta to notify me of my coin's price change so it's not needed to check coinmarketcap so often. Also since the crash the price is down almost everyday so it's just depressing to see it everyday.

Very rarely. All my coins are listed in blockfolio app and I made few alarms, based on the coin price change.
I day by day look at the value of every altcoins. I'm going to increase the amount to get more sales altcoins. then I also know when I'm investing in the market so it should be wise to not lose money.
