Free Bitcoins Every Hour!
I check the coinmarketcap website more than four times a day. I need to know about the current price movement of some coins there. And also analyze the upcoming graph of price changes. Even it is difficult to predict accurately, we should know the potential coins that have big possibility to rise the rates.

Checking very often about coinmarketcap.com trends is like you are worrying about your investment and put a little faith on it of what you have invested. Checking at least once a week is enough if you are a serious investors but if you get affected by FUD then checking very often makes it a routine habit which is not a desirable action to consider. If you know the real situation of the project then checking coinmarketcap.com is just an option but not a gauge for your profit-loss scenario.

Maybe 1 or 2 per day, but I prefer to use the app on my phone, which is more convenient, in my mind.

I have a separate browser with links from CoinMarketCap to the tokens I'm interested in. Just open it a couple of times a day and go through all the coins. Very convenient, you do not need to enter the desired altcoin every time you search

I check twice in a week. I mostly check newly added coins and top gainers/losers this helps me take decision on which coin to buy next. Its always a good place to know which coin is red or green

“The Premier Digital Asset Management Ecosystem”
Every day I watch a lot of times, maybe over 10 times, because I install it on my cell phone so it's easy to watch, but at free time I go back to see the price of the coin, sometimes I want to give up watching for a long time but not give up

I open that the moment I woke up and before I go to sleep. So basically, more than once a day. Im a crypto addict. lol  The reason for that is to observe the trend of the prices and load some alts if the market is red.

The Exchange for EOS Community
With the current status of the market (crashing again), i am checking coinmarketcap on a regular basis looking for a possible dip that i might miss like what happened the last dip when bitcoin hits 5,000$ mark. I want to avail the opportunity of buying additional crypto and expanding my portfolio too, all in a cheap price.

Checking it first thing in the morning and before going to sleep at night or after work has been my habit not just because of my coin but I just want to be updated in the market. It helps you come up with better decision and also to see potential coins to invest with.

Once per month or so if it feels right.. but when needed even more, you can see almost everywhere in the news and telegram/twitter, etc when something happens, so don't worry, you'l not miss anything, even if you're the first to see the price it is too late to jump on the train except if you have the value to exchange. gl

I corrected it almost every day to see the development of coins and I did it during my free time and I spent it to see coinmarketcap.
and in my opinion it is interesting to see an unstable graph going down and up for now, and paying attention to the development of coins that I have and hope to continue to increase.

Always check until I have sell my altcoin, every time I check coinmarket cap to know how much my asset, have increase or down. I stop for checking coinmarket until my coil sold out and try looking for other coin.

almost everyone opens it every day as well as me, almost every day opening it,
because I want to know how much the price of each altcoin we have is getting up or down,

maybe almost every day I see a coinmarketcap site, the reason is because it's easier to see the latest prices than I have to log in to the market exchange. and I can also see directly the difference in prices in various market exchanges. in my opinion coinmarketcap is very helpful for traders who don't have much free time, when they want to see the latest prices from one of the altcoins he has

Since I'm a little engaged in trading, I do not often check prices on the coinamrketcap website, because I think it's not so important, because it sometimes happens that the site shows sometimes very strange data because they are collected from many exchanges.

Last year, on the wave of market growth, I checked the CMC every couple of hours, well, today the situation on the market is negative and I go to CMC a couple of times a week. Just don't want to spoil the mood.

All I know is that I know nothing.
if you find yourself checking a site like coinmarketcap.com or even your exchange account without doing anything, just checking the prices then it is a very clear sign of you having no idea what you are supposed to do in the altcoin market.
because what you are doing is that you have bought a lottery ticket in name of investment and now keep checking to see if you have won or not but keep seeing your money shrink.
