I check many times every day, But sometimes I don't check it if I'm holding USDT. I only regularly check if I am buying altcoin or BTC
Several times a day is enough, do not check often when it will be a lot of pressure for us because we should know the level of market movement, it is sometimes unbelievable, caring too much during such periods, psychology will appear ghosts, confusion and anxiety, a disease very often before making failed decisions. So, protect yourself well and it will be a way to protect our assets by limiting the number of market price checks, a few times is too good for us to have the next calculations on the market

I only check it thrice a day morning afternoon and before retiring to bed, there's no use checking every hour because they update the price 4 to 5 hours, but instead of looking on the price, it's much better to look on how your coin is doing in terms of development, you will not worry on the price because it will give you a good return of investment as they continue to develop their platform.

If I'm investing in a project or trading. Surely I will stand by in the market to monitor prices, because the moment in trading is the long-awaited thing. And if you invest long term, of course you don't need to check the price of crypto all the time.

It's very depressing to see coins you are holding going down, but if you invest what you can afford to lose and you trust that all the coins that you're holding will deliver, you have nothing to worry, so far all my coins are delivering this bull trend, if they are down, I'm ok with it as they will always deliver, I'm checking the market cap at least twice a day more when I read positive news.

As I do not have a big portfolio of coins, I do not check the crypto market frequently. I check price of my coins maybe once a week. But I do stay updated about what is happening in the crypto market.

This depends on where I am, when I am not near a computer, usually I will look through a smartphone and open a place of exchange in a smartphone browser, I prefer to use a computer because in my opinion using a computer has a larger and clearer display.

I think it would even be better for those who  have BP to check the price of cryptocurrency as often as possible because the more they check it, the more they get used to it, if there is a price drop today, they would have gotten used to it before tomorrow, and just full of hope unlike when they just wake up suddenly, and they see that their $1000 in some coins has dropped to $10, is that one not more deadly?

If they keep checking it regularly, they would be able to know when to make decision as regards their investment if they can still continue to hold on or they would just exit the market with the remain of what is left of their investment. I also do not see anything addictive in checking the price of bitcoin on a daily basis, it is to keep yourself updated.

My bro just said I'm getting addicted to my Portfolio app, and I think he is right. I usually check crypto prices at least three times a day. I know it's not very healthy checking crypto prices these days, but bitcoin specifically has been doing well.

When I'm about investing in a new project I believe in, I usually monitor the price for a couple of days. There are those moments when you believe in the team behind a project and appreciate their methods of communication, but the price of the token could be even more appealing. A crypto enthusiast once said, "It is far better to buy a wonderful crypto at a fair price, than a fair crypto at a wonderful price." Since it involves money; no one would want to throw funds away. You'd definitely want the accumulate a wonderful crypto at a fair price!

When you monitor cryptos for a long time you realize that sometimes as quickly as it goes up, it can also go down just as quick. That is one of the perks of being observant. You know when to jump in and when to pull out. Don't forget the French/ English proverb; a stitch in time saves nine.

PS: If you have high blood pressure, I'd say you should avoid checking the price of altcoins regularly. Every time I check the price of some Alts, they're down another 5%. Such dumps on Alts could trigger up the blood pressure.

What about you, how often do you check crypto prices?

Every now and then

how often do you check the price of crypto is the same as how worried you are with your crypto investment. This is relatively normal because most investors always check their investments at any time and there is no time limit.

At the beggining when i was still learning everything i could about cryptos 3-5 times per day. Now i usually do it once every morning and maybe once at night along with the crypto news. But it all takes less than 30 seconds.

I check crypto prices every day. First in the morning after wake up and make the last check before going to sleep.
I have the same situation right now because bitcoin and other altcoins are pumping, its unusual and not healthy but I'm happy to see the price movement. Crypto movements are getting more volatile everyday, trader must watch the prices everyday or else they will lose their trade. Checking the price always is ok, just don't be too emotional on that.

I always check my investment almost every time because I have a lot of altcoin bags, so I must always monitor their price movements, while this market is in an unstable phase, the price of altcoin is going down. so it requires me to monitor them all the time
I am also doing this because the regular price check helps me to control my assets in the best way. This market is at a very bad stage and any fluctuation can make the altcoin I hold have a huge loss. I personally consider this to be the most important thing in investment and will continue to monitor my assets every hour because if something goes wrong, I will consider selling all altcoin.

The thing is that when a person has a lot of assets in his wallet,he will automatically check the prices of his assets often. And it is logical and reasonable.High pressure is triggered by high volatility. Cool

Every day first thing I do when I open internet I visit coinmarketcap site. This is to me like morning news. And I like monitor my emotions and mood when I see market movements. This is kind of stupid how market plays on my emotions but I enjoy it somewhat, big loss is often liberating, I begin to think about little things in life.
