I did check my portfolio maybe three times a day to check if it's worth to sell my coins or tokens within the price i assumed it would be in the market. Since bitcoin doing great this week maybe i will be checking my assets time to time now then.

It's very tempting to always check the prices of the coins you are holding in the market, you cannot blame yourself, the market is moving to fast, just when the market is doing great it will dip, without any hint why it goes down, if you have a blood pressure problem you should monitor it often especially when the market is in confusing state.

Because I invest in altcoin, so I check the price of crypto once a day. Even I set an alarm if it has touched a certain price. so I can monitor it without opening an exchange. And that can minimize losses.

I checked every 4 hour or sometimes every 2 hours Grin. This is because i trade crypto so i have to check market especially when bitcoin price was change significant, so i can decide what coin to sell or to buy. I realize this is something looks like make me addicted with crypto price, and not enjoy it

It started when I bought $300 worth of Bitcoin, coming from my year-end bonus, I'm doing it two times a day back then, one in the morning and again before I retire for sleep, but when I added more coins and participated in airdrops and bounty campaign, it becomes very frequent.

I have to follow a lot of coins to see if I'm making a profit from my investment and if the coins I've got from airdrops and bounty campaign are already in the market, it's very time consuming, sometimes messing up your other offline activity, just to check the price.

I learn how to organize things and only check it three times a day because sometimes there's not much price change it just changes after four to five hours, it's unhealthy to check the price every hour when you have important matters to attend to.

I check crypto prices at least 4 times within 24 hours because I'm a trader, I also daytrade. Honestly checking crypto prices every now and then is not really cool since price dumps can affect a person negatively. Checking price regularly also has its own advantages, since you get updated with current prices.

When you monitor cryptos for a long time you realize that sometimes as quickly as it goes up, it can also go down just as quick. That is one of the perks of being observant. You know when to jump in and when to pull out. Don't forget the French/ English proverb; a stitch in time saves nine.

We are all being a keen observer in this field, we might check charts and price and notice some kind of fast movement in price. But since i know it may flactuate that fast that is why I am not checking it from time to time like every hour. And using some TA with timeframes  helps us to predict when will the price will go up or go down. It just makes us feel stress to check out the price very often.

I check it everyday, watching btc price movement. I don't care about altcoin, my only goal is to look at the price of bitcoin, because he really has a big effect. It can be said like this, bitcoin is soaring, then altcoin will soon follow it.

Same here as well. Actually many times of the day, after I wake up and before I go to bed. This is like really your life already if you are into cryptocurrencies. Never passed a day without checking the btc price even if you are not trading that day. I don't think it is addiction though, just a normal life of a crypto user.

The volatility of the cryptospace is too volatile to leave your portfolio unwatched for more than 4 hours. Well unless you are one of the whales who can go in for a very long term hold other than that it is always best to be monitoring the market so that you can know when to move most of your cryptocurrencies to stable coins such as USDT.

It is normal to check significantly the crypto market prices in order to know the progress of the current market. It sometimes becomes so addictive as we will always put our eyes on watching our device or even mobile phone. This is what happens if we are as a daily trader. However, I do it not or all coins in my portfolio. Because not all coins are good enough for daily trading.

My bro just said I'm getting addicted to my Portfolio app, and I think he is right. I usually check crypto prices at least three times a day. I know it's not very healthy checking crypto prices these days, but bitcoin specifically has been doing well.

When I'm about investing in a new project I believe in, I usually monitor the price for a couple of days. There are those moments when you believe in the team behind a project and appreciate their methods of communication, but the price of the token could be even more appealing. A crypto enthusiast once said, "It is far better to buy a wonderful crypto at a fair price, than a fair crypto at a wonderful price." Since it involves money; no one would want to throw funds away. You'd definitely want the accumulate a wonderful crypto at a fair price!

When you monitor cryptos for a long time you realize that sometimes as quickly as it goes up, it can also go down just as quick. That is one of the perks of being observant. You know when to jump in and when to pull out. Don't forget the French/ English proverb; a stitch in time saves nine.

PS: If you have high blood pressure, I'd say you should avoid checking the price of altcoins regularly. Every time I check the price of some Alts, they're down another 5%. Such dumps on Alts could trigger up the blood pressure.

What about you, how often do you check crypto prices?
I am not a complete trader whenever I want to sell and by something I definitely look up to the prices of each and every two currency and maybe a week and checking the price of cryptocurrencies for good understanding and what is going on.

Most of the time. I do check it all of the time whether I'm on desktop or mobile. It's already part of my life and checking the price, I made it as a habit.
From time to time, I can't be contented if I'm not going to check it and that's why it's important to me checking it.

At least 5 five times a day, but it's not a suffer for me, nor addiction, I just like to be informed and sometimes I do some trades to gain some BTC
If we check only once or twice a week for example, we can miss opportunities to do a good trade

But this works for me, when I started to buy cryptos, I was anxious with any fall of BTC, but now I just relax and enjoy the ride

Well, my portfolio isn't a big one. But despite that, j check the markets almost twice or more daily. I just need to keep abreast the various market trends and be informed.

When I wake up I check the prices on coinbase.

When I am brushing I go through CMC site.

If I found anything huge price increase then feel happy for the whole day and will revisit the price at eve once.

My portfolio isn’t a large one so I do not have much reason to check frequently
I check twice in a day; in the morning and also at night

NB: I have set a target profit price for my holdings; it’s well researched so less reason to panic or worry

well , not too often .
i have small portfolio , and all of them right now on my binance account.
I just let it be as usual , although i can get loss up to 5-8% on 2 days,
but, i still have no idea what must i buy to recover, so i just hodl it for more time.
for now, i picked all coins/token with staking reward,
so i just think , even i loss for hodl it, i still have a some reward for hodl it.
