In investing your savings to the currency you like to invest make sure that it has a potential growth when it listed in a exchange to attract more investors. And I also noticed in some campaigns they hold for a month the given bonus rewards to the bounty participants to prevent  from getting dump because we know that most  of the bounty hunters are ready to dump their holding rewards  once they reach their target earnings.

At the time of the listing after the end of ICO, the price often dumps. Why does it happen?
I think the reason is there is no buyer because of no demand for tokens since the ecosystem is not completed after the ICO.
It may be difficult because lack of funds, but I think the team should release a product like Dapps while running ICO to make token demand.
How do you think about it?

If you are reaching your profit, then sell it right ahead, in that case, you are not become victim of dump but the become the reason why that coin dumps. In a much better way, we shouldn't dump for our sake.

Do not buy any shitcoins for you to avoid dump, most of the shitcoins are experiencing dump after it got listed in an exchange. Buy a coin that are really worth it for you to avoid dumps in the cryptocurrency market.

This is quite interesting because I personally find it very difficult to avoid a dump. This is as always happens when tokens can enter the exchange market. Everyone competes to dispose of their tokens. But all this goes back to project management. Developers must have a solution to build collapsed tokens.
Dump is really an inevitable event after the token is listed, and the reason is because so many people constantly sell their token, especially big investors, because they are profitable, they do not want to keep holding when this holding makes them waste time and freeze their money, they need to release their money to move to new locations. The bounty hunters also contribute a small part to this event, this is always the general psychology of all, they always want to receive the greatest benefit, developers also cannot prevent such personal actions

Then they should not even be investing at all, why buy something and sell soon.. that even at loss?

These days there are less buyers (counting whole crypto market), and its hard for new tokens to get trust from whatever buyers are available so sellers sell at cheap prices causing dump.

You have a good idea but I believe the dump is still inevitable because if a coin is listing at 0.2usd as ico price, 500 people got it at 0.05usd at private sales, 2000 people got it at 0.1usd presale price and 5000 people got it at marketing or almost nothing from bounty and airdrops.

The only solution to bring stability is to have a minimum viable product to hype interest and make traders buy it.
Secondly, list it in exchanges that has high trade volume and
Thirdly, project developers should and must include a buy back programme

Right, and one more, burning tokens if there are unsold tokens. And some are locking tokens for bounty allocations, but it looks like it can still be a dump like your statement.

Wasting is very difficult to avoid because every coin entering the exchange market for the first time will experience a dump. Many of them are like investors and prize hunters who throw coins. But everything also depends on the development team. If they have a strong development team, I'm sure they can raise the price of the coin again.

First thing should be done is, limit free tokens or bonus in tokensale. That way early investors will not have mountain of token. They dump the free tokens. Bounty hunters are also responsible to dump instantly. Thereby, team usually takes longer to reward them. Although they only get trace amount of tokens in comparison to total supply. Dumping cant be stopped, can be minimized. Buying back tokens by team may help, greatly

Tokens market demand cannot be easily guessed, to avoid dumping token/coin after listing, it depends on how you estimate the market demand analysis on these tokens/coins with various considerations both concepts, products, developers, blockchain technology solutions and of course news.

A large part of the sell-off is that if the team does not raise enough funds, they will sell the tokens to get the funds for the project operations. In the bear market, many projects do this.

If the team does not get enough funds, aka reach Soft Cap, then they will resign, the project will canceled. And what kind of project do you mean?

Cryptocurrencies begin to fall in price as early as the developers overstated the price of the coin. In the end, the developers in all cases remain with the profit and investors are losing some of their money. And nothing can be done about it.

Dumping can't be normal for a coin that just got listed my opinion though. I remember those days when people wait for a coin to list so they can multiply their profit, i think what is responsible for this dump is the bearish trend also i think the exchange where it is listed play a very important role.

I believe only organizers can let that happen, by knowing that right time to list the coin, the best time for bounty distribution and the best time to buy back from sellers after listing, only a buy back can make people hold their coin when there is increase in price and how good the project is if not everyone will be ready to dump.

Bounty hunter and private sell timely purchase are not possible to avoid the dump. The best thing is to try to sell your hands when you have the opportunity.

this is unavoidable because of the lack of developers in managing their coins and they are more focused on the projects they are working on. other than that, it was caused by the adverse effects of market prices, so that not many people glanced at ICO coins because they were still focused on two determining coins namely BTC and ETH, I believe if market conditions improve such cases will slowly disappear because people have passion and trust on cryptocurrency.
It will not disappear, and it will be worse in the future. Because the market is not good, it is killing ICO and other altcoin. In the future, only the top altcoin can exist and grow

Why do you think that developers and managers have some influence on dump after ICO get listed on some
exchange? It`s about people who get into ICO in early stages and bounty hunters. Most of the coins is being
sold by them and that push price down.
Market conditions will improve with time. For some that improvement will come late, others will advance even
more, it`s on us to recognize potential projects and invest in them.

You can avoid the dump only by investing large amounts in the coin. It is useless to persuade the participants of the bounty program and ICO investors not to sell coins on the first day - this will not happen. You need to Finance your coin in the early stages of the listing.

Exchange is a determination when avoiding a dump. the team must choose an exchange that is indeed good and has high trust and also when ico does not give a very high bonus because it is also very bad when it is entered into the market
