The numbers of ICOs launching the crypto space is very much which makes it difficult to differentiate between the good and legit ones from the bad and scam ones. But I think we can try our best to avoid the scam projects by investigating and analyzing any project you want to invest in very well without leaving any stone unturned or neglecting any red signs.
Check the team and see if they are real
If they claim to have partnership, try to contact their reputable partners and inquiry about the originality
And check the opinion of top crypto analyst too.

the swot analytics on business intelligence as investors to work with chance on expends as releasing use of funds on possession, the tasks to deliver with spares on excessive as investment plan to complete on book keeping with the notable balance on expectaion.

as profesional investors we have to analize the running projects based on their swot analytics and pitch desk analisys.by doing this i am sure we will find the benefit and disadvantages from certain projects.but unfortunately most of investors didnt do this analisys.so easy for them to put their money into wrong projects.

ICO scams are unavoidable even if it has a legit team and a good community and whitepaper if the people behind it are savage people who is hungry for money, surely that will be a scam ! We cannot avoid it nowadays even if you are a good verifier of ICO's and in the end investors and hunters are the one that is affected.. The only thing that you can do which will give you a good income or profit is by investing in the Top 10 Crypto in the market this will surely give you a good profit if you are a good trader and if your a hunter join only ICO's which has already a working product and a tested and proven by users.. ^_^

To be always get an updated information on any project can be used to avoid getting scammed. The more updated the info we got, at least we will know about a scam project early, and it would be a lot better than we are late knowing about that scam project.

ask the community in ico, or at least you always make contact with the dev to follow every development from ico. if there is no response, then it could be a scam.

The most important thing is to check the credibility of the development team members. Each project must provide links of all developers to LinkedIn accounts and they social media accounts. To verify the credibility of a person, just write a message asking for confirmation of cooperation with the project.

Although, it might not be that easy to detect and to do the required research for every project, whether it is scam of not.
Reading white paper is not enough, but that after reading, you should be able to drill the team with questions.
This is best done most times by crypto experts. So you might look for one that you can attach yourself to.

It is very difficult to identify scam ICO. If we follow some procedures we can live a bit. Our company should know about the background and also know about project team member. For avoid scam ICO many times help with social communication very well.

I have seen there are projects like Icovo that are aimed at protecting investments. However, the platform is not working yet. I think such projects are needed. And if they work the problem will be solved.
the icovo project including a new project I think needs time for development to develop the project. hoping that in the future they can successfully run the platform well, the development of ICO can be better organized

There is no absolute way to avoid ICO scam. The best we can do is carry out a thorough research before investing. Your research could start from reading the whitepaper to see if the team have a true product that they are looking to offer or if their ideas are truly conceivable. The next step should be looking at the profile of team members on different social media platforms to confirm how legit they are. I also like to check out the social media presence of the project, this just goes to show how committed the team is to seeing their idea to fruition. The summary of it all is that you should do a thorough research.

I usually check their rankings from ICODROP website, if they have taken a high or very high rank I try to participate, especially if they have taken a very high rank from it.
I don't think we can use ratings to judge the ICO because if their team is not smart and irresponsible then it will be in vain even though they get a lot of sales.
you should check the team carefully because even though ICO is less desirable but the team can develop it well then the project can be successful.

only stupid people still believe in the rating of such websites. the average scam project has a high rating, so are you sure you can trust it.

for me it is better not to invest in ICO than to lose. even quality ico cannot give us profit. so what are we still investing for?

To avoid fraud, first of all you need to study the development team in the project as it is very important. If you are not sure about the people who are behind the project and develop it, it is best to refrain from investing. I think that now it is important to invest in an ICO that has a product that is useful in the used, financial sphere or transactions as it directly relates to the cryptocurrency and its industry. For example ETHA. All profits friends !

From my little understanding in avoiding ICO scam is that one need to do personal research about a project before investing on it, which can really help to know possibly good projects.
Personal check will give the best result, do not unconditionally trust the various sites involved in the preparation of ratings and other checks, they can lie
But that get other people's opinions is also an optional good. I think we can follow a community reliable so we can get the input to make the best decision. Avoid project ICO scam it is difficult thing, but that when we strive then we can do so.

Currently it's even more difficult considering how projects are failing to reach their soft cap, many keep extending their ICO and becomes difficult to actually know which is a scam and which is not.
