I'm not so sure about buying new coins listed on the exchange, this is based on experience with new coins they often throw away after being pumped for the first time, only a few coins survive and are able to compete in the market. I made the decision to buy a potential alt, and always open a trade when the coin is going down. Although the profit I get is not much, but I use it well for my daily trading.

It is worth buying a coin with real use case or utility because after listing it will pump and dump but it will not lose value because of it's use case unlike those coins which has a good starting price during listing but after a few hours it suddenly dump and difficult to recover again.
But OP if you gained profit for that strategy of buying newly listed coins then you can continue. Our experience will be our decision making guide and based on our experience we have learned different strategies to earn.

Kind a risky for me, in my opinion. Because not all of the time, after it was listed on a certain exchange it will go up instantly, sometimes it is the other way around. Also, you don't want to just randomly buy new listed coins because of that kind of mindset you have. Buy tokens that has been in the crypto world for a while therefore you could analyze its price chart movement and decide whether it's good or not.

Of course do some follow up research about it to support your analysis, then buy at the price where you think it's right.

Hello friends,

For the first time today, the right light for the cryptocurrency market came on in my head.

Everyone asked themselves the question of how to buy coins at the right time. I wanted to share my experience on these issues.

I try to follow the news about the listing of promising coins on different exchanges, this is almost a 100% chance that after listing the coin will take off, it has been proven more than once from my own experience. For example, now I have bought coins for a budger and nwc, which will soon have a listing on huge exchange. I am sure that the price of these coins will rise immediately.

What do you think of this strategy? How do you define a buy zone for yourself?

as long as it is profitable, keep it up, it is true that many new coins will be listed the price will skyrocket but it all also requires patience and time which sometimes takes quite a long time.
I've done it before and only a few times I've used it including the Shiba coin which was fantastic this year.

It's always good to start with genuine projects with small value in the market wherein no to some projects that been hanging around for years but no progress, i mean very stagnant because it quite skeptical, be aware and make sure you're at the good project always to have a have good return after all..  Always make research because that's the most important when it comes investing in order to avoid scam project.  Just always invest tim for it. Of course we have to analyze first for new altcoins, but for the top altcoins, I think we only analyze from the market so we know potential buying areas. this is because the top altcoins are not easy to manipulate, which is different from the new altcoins

Buying alts begins when you did a good research on trusted and reliable sources that will provide you the best outcome. You should see them at coinmarketcap listed with cheap price in each coins or tokens, but make sure that altcoin has a consistent volume at popular trading sites. That's very important to determine how it will go along the way by the time altcoins glory will come.
+1 to this

I agree that it should start with a good research if you want to search for a good altcoins to buy and is profitable in the same time. If you have a better knowledge about the crypto market like how it pump and dump or a better timeline of a certain coins you will definitely make a profit out of it with the right knowledge and judgement about the market. Although, it's hard to sustain a coins like this especially if it's a hype coins then you should be happy with the hype since it's pumping and never forget to buy the dip if you see it has still a potential in the long run.

When this thread was created, bullish dominance is still in effect.

Currently, the trend has now changed. I'm sure most of you now should now realize the answer on "how to buy alts at the right time".

Buy the dip and do something to take part. It's not that regularly, we can see our preferred coins at lower prices. Take this as an opportunity to get in.

Buy the dip, that's the very simple answer.

If you will see if the market has more downtrend than the uptrend, which means we have more opportunity to buy when the price go down, it may not yet the dip we are looking for but it's always an opportunity to buy every time bitcoin dumps. Just recently bitcoin dumped at $42K, I'm sure some traders were able to make a quick profit with the current price of bitcoin now.
Simple but many can't follow. They're choosing the coins at the peak of their price and forget to be patient and wait until it dips. Many have been wrong on buying at the peak price and they also want to know how to get at the right time. But going there isn't simple as the others think.
You'll have a doubt to the market when you see it dip because you'll think that there could be another scene of dip that may come to it. This is based on my experience and maybe others have the same experience too.

The strategy is sometimes based on luck too. I have seen some coins that are listed on a big exchange pump for a minute and then dump.
I don't like buying coins due to FOMO so I often for the perfect opportunity which is the bear market.

Buy most of those big market cap altcoins with huge potential and relax and wait for the bull run. Chances are so high that a coin can go at least beyond X10 in a bull run.

Alt coin very risky because it's depend mostly on bitcoin domains and now days too much manipulation in market so I recommend buy when bitcoin stabilized and always put SL in each trade then we can made good profit from Alt
Bitcoin has been the standard of the whole market where altcoins depend their trend with Bitcoin. We do analyze the market to have a good timing either to buy or sell, and using TA allows you to know when to buy that’s why it is very important for you to know the basic indicators in trading because that can serve as your guide.
TA really works to have that timing in the market since that is your guide to buy or not to buy yet, same thing if you are going to sell. You may not perfectly timing the market but that’s ok because there’s no such perfect thing in trading. Its risky if you just ignore the importance of your own analysis, trading should work like this.

Usually, when news about the upcoming listing on the cryptocurrency exchange appears, the price of the coin has already increased by this time. This is because purchases before such news are carried out on the basis of insider information that is not available to an ordinary trader. It is only available to an ordinary trader to collect crumbs from the table after the news about the listing is published.
They should really put up this idea on mind that whenever there's a news of exchange listing then the price would be already on its peak and on the time

it do gets listed then this is the time on where it do drops its price which is really a common behavior which had been already escalated to happen

on most coins which are tend to be listed but in overall or general which knowing things beforehand is never been possible. You wouldnt
know on what would happen next.

All coin prices will rise in time, especially if you rely on coins that have a coin benchmark in the largest exchange. It will be a long time when we talk about the rising prices of altcoins themselves. The problem you see, is it in terms of long term gains and gains or just following short term gains?

Regarding the strategy you mentioned, of course it only refers to the struggle for pump price time, after all, do you know that it will return to correction if everyone has a profit target like you. So are there two long term or short term trades to take?

What I think is that you don't have to buy a coin base on it hype of being listed under a big exchange because it may just be a marketing strategy to get investors to buy and at the end never get listed there. It is better to buy a coin already listed on exchange and if they get listed in bigger exchanges then you are lucky. A coin can list in bigger exchange if it is a good project, don't buy shit coin and have high hopes for them to list in bigger exchange, you just taking chances. Is better to invest in launchpad and not having hope to projects that are not valuable.

Strategy is good and high chances that will work but its all happen when market is good. If market goes down than every coin will crash . always buy in dip and parts is good strategy.
I like to buy launchpad tokens. If market down i will not sale and maje profit from new coins until it goes 2x from buying.

Buy low and sell high. My strategy is quite simple I try reading on new projects and if I see any that looks promising I go the chat to see how it's ATHs and ATLs and how many times it tasted this zones this help me know if there would ever be a new ATH in the future or if the project is about to crash or if the developers are no longer interested in the project
