Good bounties that also offers good rewards are often managed by high ranking bounty manager which is what I tend to check first in a bounty campaign since high ranking bounty managers also shows how experienced they are in these field. Aside from that I do check the percentage allocation for the reward, their rules and regulation, the road map of the project and the team that comprises it.

Choose according to your skill set and the potential profit that you might get. Actually i don't quite understand what you refer to but if you mean what type of bounty you could join i suggest that you try everything. you could start with a signature bounty campaign. Now, filtering the bounties that we have in the market, you could start by choosing the managers that have good credibility. better yet if you coculd try to explore more and go to those bounties that offer a specific amount of stake per post.
Be careful because many ICO scam, it is quite difficult to choose a good bounty. I think, before you join the bounty, you can read the whitepaper first, check the managers who handle the project, visit the website, read the roadmap about the project, what will they do, if they can do it, i think this is important. So, be carefull.
The best option is to find a project that will be of interest to you as an investor, that is, if you consider it for investment, if the project reassures you with a scam or you feel that it is a scam a little, it is best not to take part there.

I think its depends of budget of the bounty and the investor and the member of the bounty are active. Always check rating of a bounty in ico bench mark. 
There are bounties that are fake, to avoid this bounties take a look to the profile of the developer of the bounty and look if it has good records of making successful bounties in the past. And for the bounty reward, look for the percentage of the campaign you want to join, if you are satisfied of it's percentage then join the campaign. It's up to you if your satisfied with the percentage of your campaign.

First you look for the bounty allocation to your desired bounty program, read the whole whitepaper, join telegram and ask the developers if you have any questions it shouldnt be a business minded whitepaper. If the team is real, then the project is more likely to be real.

before joining in bounty campaign you should check the project thread if it is real and their capital budget are high for the project and the developer are real so join this types of campaign but be aware from scammer they will wast you time and struggle their are alot of scam project who pay coins for service and this coins are worthless then your struggle and time will wast so first do research for participating in bounty of project.
