Just start to say to yourself daily "i'm the perfect weight and height". also when you get old, you'll get fat. It's a fact of life. So don't rush into it. It will happen on it's own.

Count your calories
weight everything you eat everyday
after 2 weeks you don"t gain weight, add 250 calories /every day
go to the gym and do deadlift squat and bench

if you're bench and squat is going higher you eat enough, it it's not .. eat more and more

Have you tried putting potatoes in your pants? It can increase your weight and also make you look more ballsy!
I'm just guessing... because I also can't gain a lot of weight and desperately trying to think of new ways to do it  Undecided

Here I will give the - Super Ultimate Simple Tips - that works for me and my sticky friends.

1. Eat as much as you can.
2. Don't eat fast, eat moderately.
3. one of the reason for no.2 is you "can't" drink water until you finish eating your meal to avoid being fed up early.
4. Get enough sleep. You will gain weight eventually when you sleepless.
5. Buildup some muscles by going to gym. You can build muscle on your home if you want. Search 30 Days Fitness Challenge in Google Play.
6. Watch some Inspirational Video in Youtube about gaining weight to keep you motivated.

Always be sure that you are healthy by consulting your doctor even once a month.

I'm seriously underweight right now at the age of 21. I'm unable to increase my diet, and still wish to get 1-2 inches increase in height and gain more weight.

Any tips?
eat 5 times a day .It will help you to gain weight.

You just need to take in more calories than you expend on a daily basis.  Basically eat more.

You cannot grow in height anymore , but you can still gain weight. You should eat foods that is high in protien and drinking milk also is one of the source to gain weight. A proper exercise will also help you in gaining weight , most people wants to gain weight and they go to gym so that they can build their body and witha proper diet is a big help for them.

It sounds strange but there are a lot of sport diets helping to increase muscle mass and gain your weigt

Here are some tips that can help you to gain weight, but the best way to do it is to go to doctor and ask for help.
I can recommend you not drinking  water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Just eat more often.Try weight gainer shakes.

Lift weights, squats, build muscles etc. Muscle building is the best way to gain weight, no fat.

Start doing sports. Sport activates all the processes in your body. Your organism just will wake up. Your appetite will be stronger and you will want to eat more. Because muscles consume much calories, and your normal amount of calories that you consume will become too small for your organism.

I suggest doing exercises which would help with your appetite and you should eat often and a lot. When I tried to gain weight I ate till I'm more than full and between the meals too. Peanut butter and Nutella helped me a lot. Might not be the healthiest way but if you keep exercising it will keep you balanced.

U should eat more protein an go to the gym usually. U should believe in yourself and change your eating habits, ALSO PREFERENCES. find a good fitness trainer

Are you under a lot of stress?  Sometimes, that is causing people to lost weigh too.
